Chapter 1151 Happy Together

The news of Hannah waking up spread like wildfire.

By the next morning, everyone had gathered.

The VIP ward, which was usually pretty spacious, now felt cramped with everyone packed inside.

Patricia, Daisy, Lassie, Fannie, Stella, Shirley, and Carter surrounded the bed, making it so tight that not even a fly could squeeze through.

Stella's eyes were brimming with tears. "Hannah, oh my gosh, you're finally awake! Do you know how I've been these past few days? Look at me, my eyes are practically swollen from crying."

Fannie asked curiously, "Hannah, did you get your memory back? Did you remember everything? Did you remember anything about Violet?"

Patricia asked with concern, "How are you feeling? Is there any discomfort?"

Shirley, with her innocent eyes, looked at Hannah, "Hannah, why are you in the hospital? They said you're my real sister, is that true? If you're my real sister, then what about the other sister? Is she fake? Or do I have two sisters now?"

Daisy looked Hannah up and down, "Is hypnosis really that magical? The doctors were stumped, but then she came in, and Hannah woke up. This isn't hypnosis, it's practically magic!"

Fannie nodded vigorously in agreement, "Yeah, it's so amazing. I've never seen anything like this in my life."

Stella held Hannah's face to inspect her. "Hannah, let me take a look at you. I need to see if you're really okay, if you really remember."

Hannah cooperatively turned her head for Stella to see. "Go ahead, take a good look. Am I okay?"

Stella examined her thoroughly and, seeing that Hannah looked well, finally felt relieved. "So, have you really remembered everything?"

Although Hannah's behavior seemed like she had remembered, Stella was still a bit worried.

After all, she had seen Tina's deceitfulness firsthand.

Who knew if Tina had done something again?

As soon as Stella asked, everyone else chimed in, "Yeah, Hannah, did you remember everything?"

Patricia asked, "Do you remember your childhood?"

Fannie asked, "Do you remember how you used to follow Charles around, always saying you wanted to marry him when you grew up?"

Daisy, however, asked the crucial question. "If you remember, then what happened with the kidnapping eight years ago? Why was the warehouse empty when your dad arrived? Not only were you gone, but the kidnappers were gone too. Is it really like Austin said, that he had nothing to do with it?"

Everyone knew Austin's true nature.

Of course, they kept it from Shirley, fearing she couldn't handle it.

Hearing Daisy's question, Shirley asked curiously, "Daisy, why are you asking that? Does it have something to do with my brother?"

Realizing she had misspoken, Daisy immediately shut her mouth.

Despite the barrage of questions, Hannah didn't feel annoyed. Instead, she patiently answered each one. "I did remember, but only everything about Hannah! I haven't remembered anything about Violet!

Last night, Tina exhausted herself trying to bring me back. She needs a few days to recover before she can continue to undo the first hypnosis."

Hannah paused, then continued, "But that's not the point. I already know I'm Violet, and I know I'm not someone without a loving family!

I have a happy family, loving parents, and a cute sister. With all this, it's enough for me!

Even if I can't remember the past, it doesn't matter! I know my parents and everyone will always be with me, and that's all I need."

She meant every word.

For her, Violet's childhood was in the past.

Though she didn't remember, she recalled in her dreams how her mom stood up for her, held her hand tightly, and jumped off a cliff with her.

She knew her mom truly loved her, valuing her life more than her own, and that was enough.

Whether she could remember her childhood or not, she wouldn't force it.

Regardless of her memory, it wouldn't change the present.

Charles was still hers.

Her parents and sister were still hers.

She had made a good friend in Stella.

And she had so many people who loved and cared for her.

She was very content.

Stella, however, trusted Tina and thought it was an excuse. "Damn Tina, I'm going to find her! What nonsense about exhausting herself, she's definitely lying! She's a master at deception! We can't be fooled by her."

She was about to rush out, but was stopped by Randy.

Randy calmly said, "Hannah is right! Whether she remembers or not doesn't change the fact that she's Violet. Since that's the case, why does she need to remember?

Charles couldn't abandon her, though she didn't remember. If you recklessly go to Tina, what if she hypnotizes you?

You know how powerful Tina's hypnosis is!

Come on, don't be impulsive! Leave this to Hannah and Charles! He surely has a plan."

Though still angry, Stella obediently stopped insisting on finding Tina.

She agreed with Randy on one thing.

Tina's hypnosis was too powerful.

It was practically silent.

If she accidentally got hypnotized and released Tina, it would be a disaster.

She couldn't do something so foolish.

After a bit more fussing over Hannah, since she had just woken up and needed rest, Patricia led everyone out.

Lassie and Carter wanted to stay with Hannah, but Patricia forcefully pulled them away.

Lassie protested, "My daughter just woke up, I need to stay with her more, or she'll think I don't like her again."

Patricia teased, "You've been with her since she woke up! You need to give the couple some alone time! Since Hannah woke up, Charles hasn't had a chance to say a word. Didn't you see the way they look at each other? You, as a mom, have no sense of timing."

"I..." Lassie choked up, realizing it seemed true.

Since Violet woke up, the two hadn't had a private conversation.

She was so happy she hadn't noticed.

Carter laughed and put his arm around her shoulder, "Patricia is right, give the couple some space! Let's go home and rest today! We'll come back tomorrow!"

"But..." Lassie was still reluctant.

She had just reunited with her daughter and didn't want to leave, wanting to stay by her side all the time.

At that moment, the elevator arrived.

Carter pulled her into the elevator. "No buts, we have plenty of time in the future. There's no rush!"
