Chapter 631 Mistaking Someone As Hunter

Hearing Patricia's voice, the figure turned around, revealing a completely unfamiliar face to Patricia.

"Who are you?" Patricia asked.

As the man was about to speak, Kaleb came down from upstairs, smiling as he introduced them, "Patricia, you're here! This is a friend's son of mine, his name is Billy."

"Billy?" Patricia paused, unable to help but carefully scrutinize the man.

The man had long hair, very handsome, with his hair casually draped over his shoulders, exuding a relaxed vibe.

The man was very handsome.

But his face was nothing like Hunter's.

However, his back and Hunter's were strikingly similar, almost identical.

How could such a coincidence happen?

Kaleb introduced Billy again, "This is my daughter, Patricia!"

Billy reached out his hand to Patricia, smiling. "Hello! I've heard for a long time that Kaleb found his daughter and I've been wanting to meet you, just didn't have the chance. It's a pleasure to meet you today."

Patricia shook his hand briefly before letting go.

Billy continued, "Kaleb has been thinking about you all these years, always searching for you! Seeing you two reunited, I'm genuinely happy for you."

Patricia smiled, then turned to Kaleb and asked, "Did you watch him grow up?"

Kaleb nodded. "Of course! I had a close relationship with his father, I saw him being born and growing up!"

Patricia furrowed her brows slightly.

Could it be that she was mistaken?

If Kaleb watched him grow up, then he couldn't be Hunter.

It seemed that people really could look alike.

After understanding this, Patricia's facial expression instantly relaxed, and she apologized to Billy, "I'm sorry, I mistook you for someone else."

Billy shrugged it off, saying, "It's okay! With so many people on Earth, it's normal to find look-alikes! Let me tell you, I once saw two completely unrelated people who looked very similar. If you didn't know, you'd think they were sisters. Later, I found out they had no blood relation."

Patricia agreed, "That's right! Looking alike is indeed not uncommon."

Billy then mentioned, "It's settled then. I'll go back and deliver the message to my father now!"

With that, he waved to Patricia and left without looking back.

After he left, Patricia couldn't help but ask Kaleb, "Where is he going?"

Kaleb took out the medicine he had prepared from the cabinet, walking towards the yard with Patricia, saying, "I haven't seen his father in a long time. He heard that I found my daughter, so he thought both families should go on a vacation together to bond."

As he spoke, he habitually placed the medicine in a jar.

"I just want to cure Martin's illness quickly. I don't have time to play with them! So I firmly refused," Kaleb added.

Patricia fanned gently by the stove, watching Kaleb's focused demeanor.

Kaleb was very stubborn when it came to saving lives.

Especially when it came to accompanying patients.

He had to be there in person.

Kaleb's current focus was on saving his daughter's husband, Martin. He became even more meticulous, almost doing everything himself.

From this perspective, Patricia was truly grateful to him.

"I've learned a lot these days, I know all these medicines now! You can go play with them, I'll take care of Martin! I'll strictly follow your instructions."

Kaleb still refused without hesitation, shaking his head as he waved his hand.

"No! I said I'm not going, and I won't go! I trust you, but now is a critical time for Martin. If anything happens, I can handle it at any time! Death doesn't wait for anyone."

Patricia looked at Kaleb's attentive appearance, feeling moved, and her actions involuntarily stopped.

After putting all the medicine into the jar, Kaleb naturally accompanied Martin.

Patricia lowered her head, feeling guilty, "I'm sorry!"

Kaleb, focused on Martin, didn't hear her clearly and turned to her. "What did you just say?"

Patricia raised her head again, smiled and shook her head, her eyes reddening as she said, "After Martin recovers, let's go out together! We'll bring the children along."

Upon hearing this, Kaleb immediately nodded excitedly. "Great! Let's bring the kids along! It's been so long since we recognized each other, and I've never seen them once, I'm really looking forward to it."

Thinking about the unseen grandchildren, he couldn't help but feel excited.

He wondered what they looked like.

Would they resemble Martin more, or Patricia?

Would there be one who looked like their grandfather?

Just thinking about it made him excited and eager.
