Carter paused for a moment before continuing, "But if they die, what should we do about Oliver?"
"We know Oliver's always been good to you, and you care a lot about him."
"Your mom and I talked it over, and we can bring him into the Moore family and raise him right. He's your brother, so he's like a son to us too."
"He hasn't been messed up by Lisa and Quentin yet, so he still has a shot at a good future."
"Or, he can stay in Country D to keep studying, and your mom and I will cover all the costs. What do you think?"
Hannah was silent for a moment.
She vividly remembered everything Lisa had done to her, the pain etched into her bones, never to be forgotten.

Lisa and Quentin had never wanted her to study much.

After thinking for a while, Hannah said, "Dad, you can handle Lisa and Quentin however you see fit. They've done too many bad things in this life, and I don't want to see them again!"

"But Oliver's got exams coming up! We can't let him get distracted by Lisa and Quentin's mess. He's a good student! Once I'm feeling better, Charles and I will go back and figure out what to do with him." Hannah added.
Carter nodded. "Alright, we'll leave Oliver's situation to you. Whatever you decide, we will support you. As for Lisa and Quentin, let's not worry about them right now. Focus on getting better, and we'll handle the rest when you're well."
Hannah nodded, "Okay."
Lassie suddenly had an idea. "Hannah, I want to change your name and update your identity information. After everything Lisa and Quentin did to you, keeping their last name feels wrong."
Hannah shook her head. She had already thought about this and made a decision.
"No, Violet has already been used by the fake Violet. I find it disgusting and don't want to switch back. Even though Quentin and Lisa are awful, I'm used to this name."
"This..." Lassie hesitated.
Carter, however, was firm. "No, it has to be changed! You don't have to be called Violet, but you can't be called Hannah either! Every time we hear that name, your mom and I think of how Lisa and Quentin mistreated you. If you don't want to go back to Violet, we'll come up with a better name."
"This..." Hannah frowned, feeling conflicted. She really didn't like Lisa and Quentin, but she was used to this name. Changing it suddenly felt uncomfortable.

Charles smiled. "Change Hannah's last name, but keep her first name. Just change the last name to Watson! I understand Carter's feelings; he wants his daughter to share his last name, especially after all the harm Lisa and Quentin caused. This is the best compromise."
"Hannah Watson. Hannah Watson." Lassie repeated it a few times, her eyes lighting up with satisfaction. "Hannah Watson, that sounds nice! I think it's a great idea! We can still call her Hannah, but her last name will be Watson."
Carter nodded in agreement. "Yes, that name sounds good! I agree with Charles' suggestion."
Charles looked at Hannah. "What do you think?"
Lassie and Carter also looked at her expectantly, their eyes bright with hope.
Seeing their cautious yet eager expressions, Hannah finally smiled and agreed. "I think it's a good idea! Hannah Watson, I like this name too!"
This name encompassed her life before she was fourteen and the eight years she spent with the White family. It was good! She liked it too.
Seeing her agree, Lassie clapped her hands in delight. "Then it's settled! I'll have someone update Hannah's identity information tomorrow and change her name! This is wonderful, truly wonderful. Our family is finally reunited."
Carter nodded in agreement. "Yes, our family is finally reunited."
Seeing them so happy, Hannah couldn't help but feel happy too.
