Chapter 102 Recognizing Foster grandson
The Emerald Hotel is the largest chain hotel in the country. When sent on a business trip, choosing the Emerald Hotel is considered a high-end option, a small benefit provided by Lancaster to its employees.
Staying at the Emerald Hotel does make one feel comfortable and clean, improving the mood of the business trip.
But when Gabriel is involved, Sophia's mood doesn't improve.
Sophia had to search the internet herself for nearby hotels, only to find that none could compare to the Emerald Hotel.
Why would she give up such a comfortable environment and choose something worse at her own expense? She wouldn't be that foolish.
She could just avoid Gabriel and not see him again.
Once she had sorted it out, Sophia set off to the factory in the rented car.
In City B, when Sam found out that his father was on a business trip, he excitedly ran upstairs to find his phone watch.
Mrs. Lancaster looked at Betty in confusion.
"Didn't he used to feel so down when his father went on a business trip?"
How come today he knows his father is on a business trip and is so happy?
Could autism really make a child's thoughts so unpredictable?
Betty didn't know what to say either.
But they soon found out the answer.
Because Sam quickly ran downstairs.
"Slow down."
Mrs. Lancaster was worried that he might fall, so she anxiously had the servant go protect him.
But Sam waved his hand and didn't let the servant come close.
He ran up to Great Grandmother, quickly gesturing with his hands: "Great Grandmother, I invited Ethan and Emma to our house."
Madam was nearly cross-eyed and didn't understand: "Whom did you invite?"
"Ethan and Emma." Sam continued gesturing patiently.
"Alright, Great Grandmother will have someone prepare delicious food for you. When will they come over?"
Sam said, "I had David go pick them up."
Mrs. Lancaster was also delighted to see those two children again. She quite liked them. The two little guys were mischievous and adorable, making it hard not to like them.
While David went to pick up Ethan and Emma, Sam was busy running around the house, bringing down many toys from upstairs and personally going to the kitchen to see the chefs preparing the food.
This time, Mrs. Lancaster didn't go to the door to greet them. It was just too cold outside, and her body couldn't take it.
But when she heard the commotion, Sam rushed out to welcome them.
The three adorable children came in hand in hand. Seeing this scene, Mrs. Lancaster's eyes suddenly welled up, almost crying.
"Great Grandmother." Emma sweetly rushed up and hugged Madam, rubbing against her like a cat in her arms. "Great Grandmother, I missed you so much."
Ethan, on the other hand, walked over like a little prince, also wearing an adorable smile. "Great Grandmother, Ethan missed you too."
"Alright, you're all good children."
Madam was so happy that she couldn't express it in words.
She approached and gently touched the heads of the two children.
"Grandma, we brought you a gift."
"Oh? What gift?" Madam was filled with anticipation.
"Ta-da! Emma brand scarf." Emma presented a hand-sewn scarf. The fabric wasn't the finest, but it was soft to the touch and had patterns suitable for an elderly person.
Throughout her life, Mrs. Lancaster had seen many nice things, so to be honest, this wasn't anything remarkable. However, it carried the children's heartfelt intentions, making it much more precious than any luxurious item.
"It's beautiful. Come, help Grandma put it on." Mrs. Lancaster bent her neck, and Emma skillfully assisted her in wearing the scarf.
She used to help her mommy put on scarves all the time, so she had become quite skilled at it.
"Do you like it?" Madam asked Betty.
Betty had a smile in her eyes too. Every time the two children visited, Madam's smile never faded.
"It's beautiful, even better than the ones in your wardrobe."
Madam smiled broadly, showing her teeth.
"I made this myself, so of course it's beautiful. " Emma continued to act cute.
"Oh? You can make scarves too?" Madam discovered a whole new world and pinched Emma's adorable face. She had thought their parents bought it specifically for the children to give her.
"My mommy taught me, and I've learned to make many, many things."
"Grandma, I have a gift too." Ethan quickly held up the gloves he made.
Madam widened her eyes. Today, the two darlings gave her a great surprise.
"Did you make these yourself too?"
Ethan nodded, "Yes, my mommy taught me how."
In the winter in Country M, it's especially cold outside, so mommy would hand-knit scarves and gloves for him and Emma. They wanted to make gifts for mommy too, so they learned from her.
"Your mommy is so talented; she has taught you well."
Madam became quite curious about the parents of these two lovely and well-behaved twins. They must be outstanding to have raised such adorable and well-behaved children.
Sam stood on the side, feeling a bit left out.
Why didn't he have a gift?!
Based on his past behavior, he would usually silently stand aside, not joining in the lively and joyful atmosphere.
But today, he took the initiative and approached with a gloomy face.
Ethan and Emma shared a secret smile, then they presented Sam with his gift.
It was also a scarf and gloves, but they had cute designs and cartoon patterns on them.
