The north wind howled in City B, especially at night, making eerie sounds against the window that were quite frightening.

"Caroline, you're my savior, my benefactor."

"Oh, by the way, why didn't Colin reply when I emailed him?" Sophia doubted whether she had entered the wrong email address.
Caroline explained, "His work email is managed by his assistant. Besides, as someone of his caliber, he receives hundreds of emails every day, and his assistant can't handle them all at once. The email I just sent was to his personal account."
It was daytime over there, and Colin was currently working, so naturally, he replied promptly.
"Caroline, you're amazing," Sophia said, once again moved, as she hugged Caroline tightly.
Caroline often played the violin for important figures from country M, naturally getting to know many people and building good relationships with them.
"Since I'm so good, I have a request that you must promise to fulfill," she said, feeling nervous.
"What request?" Sophia released her grip.
"I've wanted to become the godmother of the children for a long time," Caroline anxiously proposed.

"We also visited the Lancaster family and met Great-Grandma," Ethan said.
Caroline's heart skipped a beat. These two darlings were truly resourceful. If Sophia found out about this, she might panic and take them away overnight.
"Great-Grandma doesn't know our true identity. We were careful and didn't let our mean dad find out. Sam was with us too," Emma added.
"Our mean dad even watched my livestream and I gave him a good scare," Ethan exclaimed.
"Oh, and I made money from my livestream. Auntie, can you help us with something?" Emma pleaded.
Caroline couldn't find words to describe her feelings. She always knew that these two kids were capable of great things. In M Country, they often got into big situations and relied on her for cover.
