Chapter 645 Leaking the Itinerary

"Gabriel, I've been looking everywhere for you," Tiffany said, tears welling up as she tried to hug him.

Gabriel sidestepped, and Tiffany stumbled, missing him completely.

A few staff members nearby couldn't help but chuckle at the scene.

Tiffany's face changed instantly.

She forced a smile, pretending nothing had happened.

"Gabriel, do you believe what Sophia said? Let me explain, it's not like what she told you."

Tiffany still didn't give up, trying to make Gabriel believe her.

Gabriel looked at her like she was an annoying fly, his gaze cold and full of disgust.

His thin lips parted and closed icily.

"Over the years, how much have you gained by pretending to be my savior? Need me to break it down for you?"

His cold stare was like a sharp blade, making Tiffany step back in panic.

She opened her mouth, her face pale.

"Gabriel, but I saved you more than once. My feelings for you over the years have been real, I..."

Gabriel glanced at his watch impatiently and said, "I'll have my lawyer contact you about compensation. Now, please step aside, we need to eat."

Sophia stood nearby, seeing that Gabriel hadn't shown Tiffany any kindness from start to finish. Watching Tiffany struggle in panic, she felt a slight sense of satisfaction.

Tiffany still wanted to pester Gabriel, but a cold glance from him made her freeze.

Gabriel took Sophia's hand and walked past Tiffany.

Tiffany stood there, her hands clenched into fists. She caught a glimpse of the smile on Sophia's face, which deeply provoked her.

'Sophia dares to mock me!' Tiffany cursed inwardly.

Tiffany turned and tried to grab Sophia, aiming to slap her.

Gabriel reacted quickly, pulling Sophia into his arms and turning his back to Tiffany. Tiffany's hand, too late to stop, landed on Gabriel's back.

Though Tiffany's strength was no match for Gabriel's, her jealousy made her hit hard.

Gabriel, already injured, felt a dull pain from the blow.

"Are you okay?" Gabriel asked Sophia, ignoring his own pain.

Sophia shook her head lightly. She hadn't even realized Tiffany was trying to hit her before Gabriel protected her.

And she had clearly heard Gabriel's muffled grunt.

"What about you?"

Gabriel also shook his head lightly. "I'm fine."

Sophia's heart raced, partly from fear and partly from being close to Gabriel, influenced by his heartbeat.

Gabriel turned his head, glaring fiercely at Tiffany.

Tiffany hurriedly stepped back. "No, Gabriel, I didn't mean to, I..."

Gabriel took out his phone and made a call.

Alex quickly appeared, followed by several bodyguards in black.

Seeing Tiffany, Alex immediately understood what had happened.

The bodyguards lifted Tiffany up.

The scene felt all too familiar.

Tiffany shouted, "Gabriel, let me explain! Gabriel, I didn't mean to. Gabriel, you can't do this to me."

Tiffany thought that after all her efforts to see Gabriel, she could at least explain the situation. But Gabriel gave her no chance.

Tiffany mused, 'He is completely on Sophia's side now.'

Tiffany was thrown to the ground, and in the chaos, a bodyguard stepped hard on the hand she had tried to hit Sophia with. The pain made her open her mouth in a silent scream, her face contorting in agony.

Alex looked down at Tiffany, the bodyguards standing behind him.

"Miss Foster, you're really pushing it. Don't bother Mr. Lancaster again, or next time it won't be as simple as throwing you out."

Tiffany glared at Alex with bloodshot eyes, thinking, 'Even Gabriel's lackey dares to threaten me!'

Alex couldn't be bothered with her anymore. After informing the restaurant staff, he left, making it nearly impossible for Tiffany to re-enter the place.

Tiffany was seething with rage.

The mocking looks from the waitstaff stung her eyes.

She was furious, her eyes bulging, her face red, and she wanted to take a knife to Sophia's throat.

She pondered, 'If it wasn't for Sophia, how could I have fallen into this mess? If it wasn't for Sophia, I would have married Gabriel and become the hostess of the Lancaster Group by now. It's all Sophia's fault. I'll make her regret it for the rest of her life!'

Tiffany got up, filled with resentment, seemingly oblivious to the pain in her hand, her mind consumed with thoughts of revenge against Sophia.

Inside the restaurant, Sophia and Gabriel ordered their pizza, neither mentioning what had just happened to avoid ruining their dining mood.

But Gabriel could clearly feel that Sophia was in a better mood than when they arrived.

He wondered, 'Is it because I drew a clear line with Tiffany and drove her away?'

They ended up really enjoying their meal.

After dropping Sophia off at Fusion Dynamics Corporation, Gabriel got back into the car, his smile gradually fading, and the atmosphere inside the car became tense.

Alex couldn't help but straighten his back.

"Send Tiffany a lawyer's letter," Gabriel said.

"Yes, sir," Alex replied.

Originally, Gabriel didn't care to deal with Tiffany. Mistaking his savior was partly due to Tiffany's schemes, but the biggest issue was his own. If he had been more cautious and investigated thoroughly, Tiffany wouldn't have succeeded.

So he considered being deceived by Tiffany as a lesson, a constant reminder not to make the same mistake again.

However, Tiffany shouldn't have continued to pester him and even tried to hit Sophia.

"Alex."

Alex was slightly taken aback when he heard Gabriel call him.

"Yes, I'm here."

"Why was Tiffany at the restaurant today?"

Alex fell silent.

He thought it was a coincidence, but since Gabriel brought it up, there must be something wrong.

This restaurant was one Gabriel frequented, and it was well-regarded in City B, popular among business people.

Gabriel and Sophia had been dining there for the past two days.

If it wasn't a coincidence, then Tiffany must have known in advance that Gabriel would be at the restaurant and waited there.

Alex frowned and guessed, 'Someone has leaked Gabriel's schedule to Tiffany!'

"I'll find out who leaked your private schedule."

Gabriel took out his iPad to check his emails.

"Alex, you've been with me for many years, you should know I don't like betrayal."

Alex's expression tightened.

He wondered, 'What does Gabriel mean? Is he referring to the person who leaked the schedule?'

"I know how to handle it," he replied immediately.

Gabriel looked up and gave him a deep look.
