Chapter 94 Milk Sugar is the Little Princess

Sam seemed much better in the evening. He was able to eat a bowl of dinner, and Madam had also spent the whole day at the hospital. Exhausted from all the emotional distress, Madam was not feeling well and went to rest early after dinner.

Gabriel stayed in the children's room, reading a storybook to his son. Suddenly, his phone rang, and he glanced at it.

"You keep reading, Daddy will answer the call."

Sam's gaze returned to the storybook, while Gabriel went to the balcony to answer the phone. As soon as he left, Sam sneakily took out his phone watch and sent a message to Ethan.

"I want to transfer to your kindergarten."

After sending the message, he quickly put it away to avoid being seen by his father.

On Gabriel's end, it was a call from Sophia.

Sophia rarely called him voluntarily, and her voice wasn't sharp.

"How's Sam?"

If she wanted to know about Sam's condition, she didn't want to call Gabriel.

"Fever's gone."

"You should have the chef make some lean meat porridge for him. Sick kids have a better appetite for something savory."

"Alright."

Sophia fell silent for a few seconds. "Send me a few pictures."

He couldn't let her see, but a few pictures shouldn't be too much to ask for.

"Okay."

Gabriel was surprisingly agreeable.

Once his objective was achieved, Sophia immediately ended the call without any small talk.

Gabriel looked at his phone, was there nothing else she wanted to say to him?

He went inside, took a few photos, opened the messaging app, hesitated, and then opened WeChat, adding Sophia to his contacts.

Sophia held her phone, waiting for Gabriel to send Sam's photos. Instead, she didn't see any pictures but received a friend request on WeChat.

She clicked to look at it, not recognizing the person, so she rejected it.

Was it so difficult to take a few photos? It's been so long, and still nothing.

Sophia started losing patience. At that moment, Gabriel finally sent a message.

"Added."

Added what?

Suddenly, Sophia remembered the friend request a moment ago. Was that Gabriel?

Gabriel sent another friend request, and Sophia approved this time. She then quickly remembered something and opened her Moments, heaving a sigh of relief.

Thank goodness she wasn't obsessed with showing off her children. There was no information about Ethan and Emma on her Moments, and she had set it to only visible for three days.

Gabriel sent the photos through WeChat, and Sophia downloaded each one.

After sending all the photos, Gabriel stared at the chat screen.

This woman, not even a simple "thank you"?

Gabriel, feeling annoyed, turned off his phone and tossed it aside.

But after a while, he picked it up and took another look.

Sam yawned.

"Feeling tired?" Gabriel gently asked.

Sam didn't respond with a nod or shake, as he used to. Instead, he put the book on the bedside table and lay down, closing his eyes.

Gabriel covered him with the blanket and turned off the lights.

After a while, Sam took out the iPad hidden under the blanket and started a live broadcast. Today, Emma's livestream was not about gaming; it was just casual chatting. Emma's soft and sweet voice could be heard, causing Sam to smile. "My little sister is so cute."

[Milk Sugar, why don't you sing a song?]
[Disgusting, it must sound terrible.]
[Stop pretending, your true colors will come out sooner or later.]
"If it weren't for the screen, I would probably vomit my dinner."
"Being obsessed with someone's voice is creepy, regardless of whether it's a man or a woman."

Today's livestream comments were filled with criticism. Ethan furrowed his brows as many online influencers started accusing Emma of being a disguised older man pretending to be an innocent girl. They even analyzed previous cases, making convincing arguments that misled many new fans.

"No parents raising her, no one teaching her manners, she came here to deceive us and take our hard-earned money."

Initially, Ethan and Emma didn't pay much attention to these haters, but it had gone too far!

"Big brother, this person insulted Mommy!"
Ethan got angry.
Sam got angry too!

Ethan immediately used a review bombing software he had never used before.
"Milk Sugar has a big brother too?"

"It must be the brother helping Milk Sugar with the livestream; otherwise, how could a five-year-old child do it?"
"Maybe the brother is playing games on her behalf."
"A scammer, using his five-year-old sister for views."

"This family has gone crazy for money."

Emma, infuriated, didn't mute herself. As a result, it ignited a firestorm. Everyone criticized Ethan for compromising his morality for views by involving his five-year-old sister in a livestream. Subconsciously, they assumed "big brother" was an adult.

Dirty Mud: [You're the ones crazy for money; Milk Sugar is a little princess.]
"Child labor, we should report it."
Moopingking: [@123456, even though you have parents, why did you become a hater?]
Moopingking: [@8888, you're just an internet troll.]
Moopingking: [@Caroline, your face is as big as a horse can run on it.]
Caroline: [What do you mean?]
Moopingking: [I mean your face is really large.]

Sam admired the person with the ID "Moopingking." They were so good at this. He was just too dumb and didn't know how to insult others.

Emma huffed, "You guys are so mean, insulting my mommy and my big brother. I don't want to play with you anymore."

"Milk Sugar is angry, you haters have no shame."
"Milk Sugar, please don't stop playing with us; we want to see your skills."
"Whether it's the big brother or the little sister, as long as they provide game analysis, it's enough."

Genuine gaming fans emerged and quickly overwhelmed the negative comments.

"We've reached ten million views. Can Milk Sugar prove herself now?"
Emma checked and indeed it had reached ten million, but it was already time to end the stream.

"It's almost time. Milk Sugar will prove it tomorrow night during the next livestream."

"Another day of waiting; I can't wait."
"I won't be able to sleep."
Emma didn't want her true fans to be disappointed, so she quickly explained, "Sorry, Milk Sugar really has to go offline now. I promise to prove it tomorrow, otherwise, Milk Sugar would be a liar."

Hearing Milk Sugar's almost-teary voice, everyone instantly softened.

"Don't cry, Milk Sugar. We're waiting for you."
"Hugs, Milk Sugar. We're waiting for you."
"Goodnight, Milk Sugar."

"Goodnight, big brothers and big sisters. Goodnight to the generous viewers tonight."

After going offline, Emma looked at the top ten ranking list and widened her eyes in astonishment.

Ethan closed the software, feeling furious. How dare these people insult their mommy and bully Emma! He was determined to report and ban their accounts. He had already written down the IDs of those haters using the software.

Sam also couldn't sleep, feeling angry. He needed to learn how to insult others; otherwise, there would only be "Moopingking" left to fight against those people insulting Emma. He was still too weak.

Gabriel, watching the surveillance footage, saw Sam finally put down the iPad but continue tossing and turning. His eyebrows lightly furrowed. Instead of disturbing him, Gabriel opened his credit card statement and saw that Sam had spent over 300,000 on gifts for the livestream platform.

"Can it be proven now?" Emma took a quick look and indeed, it reached 10 million, but the time for today is almost up.
"The time is almost up, Milk Sugar will prove it again tomorrow night during the livestream."
"Oh, It has to wait until tomorrow again. I can't wait anymore."
"I won't be able to sleep now."

Emma was afraid of disappointing her true fans who loved her. She quickly explained, "I'm sorry, Milk Sugar really needs to go offline now, but I will definitely prove it to everyone tomorrow, otherwise Milk Sugar would be just a joke."
