Chapter 122 "Get out!"

Downstairs, Lillian had already been pushed into the back seat of the car.

The car drove off, and Lillian emerged from the blanket, her face turning red from holding her breath.

Her eyes were also red as she glared at Jackson.

"Let me out of the car. Shirley will worry! And don't let your people act recklessly. If Shirley gets hurt, I won't let you off the hook!"

Although her line of sight was obstructed just now, she sensed that Jackson had left someone to obstruct Shirley in the apartment.

"Whether she gets hurt depends on your attitude," Jackson said coldly, not even looking up at Lillian.

He lowered his head, seemingly checking some information on his phone.

It was the information about Sean that had just been sent over.

Lillian glanced back at the car, Shirley still hadn't come out, obviously being held back.

Shirley had a fiery temper, and if she clashed with Jackson's people, it was hard to say if she would get hurt.

Breathing heavily, Lillian said, "Okay, I'll go back with you obediently."

Only then did Jackson raise his eyes to look at her, staring at her red eyes.

Despite being a bit annoyed, he made a phone call and instructed, "Be polite to Ms. Shirley."

After hanging up the phone, Lillian wrapped herself in the blanket by the car door and remained silent.

After a while, Jackson broke the silence.

"Don't you have anything to say to me?"

Lillian's heart skipped a beat, and she clenched her hands under the blanket.

He was so angry and still asked, had he found out about her pregnancy?

She instinctively placed a hand on her abdomen, looking at him with a puzzled expression.

"What do you mean? Should I say that I saw you making a passionate confession to Wendy? Should I say that I have self-awareness and am willing to bless you both?"

She tried to change the subject, and it seemed to work.

Jackson furrowed his brows slightly. "What passionate confession?"

Lillian felt he was hypocritical, a cold smirk playing on her lips. "Just now at the amusement park, I wasn't blind!"

Thinking of that scene, Lillian couldn't remain calm, so she turned her head to look out the window again.

It wasn't because she still deeply loved Jackson, but no wife could stay calm when seeing her husband openly confessing love to another woman.

"Ah!" a cry of surprise, Lillian was pulled by Jackson and fell into his arms.

Jackson looked down at her, his brows slightly furrowed.

"Explain clearly! How come I don't know that I made a passionate confession to Wendy at the amusement park?"

Seeing that he refused to admit it, Lillian sneered.

"Love W S, love Wendy Sivan, don't tell me you don't know what that means! A drone confession, maybe there's already a video circulating online."

However, Jackson's brow furrowed even more, his thin lips pursed.

"Lillian, are you illiterate? The most important subject is missing, and you're busy trying to pin the blame on me."

Lillian chuckled. "If not you, then who? Wendy herself?"

She mocked, but halfway through her words, her voice weakened.

Arranging such a show for herself, it might not be someone else, but Wendy Sivan was not necessarily the one.

Without a subject, even if Jackson pursued it, Wendy could say it was a gift she wanted to give herself, to motivate herself, and so on.

So it really wasn't Jackson's doing?

"Only a fool like you deserves the term 'stupid'." Jackson mocked.

She bit her lips, "You haven't cleared your suspicion yet! You were at the amusement park at the time, and you left me to protect her. The huge drone show was blinding! Didn't you see it?"

Because Jackson was at the scene at the time, under those circumstances, no one could believe him.

Looking at her unrepentant and unreflective appearance, Jackson chuckled coldly and said,
"Stop the car!"

The car almost immediately stopped, and the driver got out.

Lillian wrapped the blanket tightly around herself, quickly sat up from Jackson's embrace, and stared at him guardedly.

"What do you want?"

Seeing her desperate to get away from him, Jackson couldn't contain his anger.

He said with a sullen face, "I'll give you a chance to confess and apologize. Just three minutes. Think carefully about what you should say to me. If you don't admit it, then get out!"

After such a big incident, she had kept it from him.

Afterward, she even moved into Barry's house, did he die?

Besides confronting him every day, what else would she do?

Under his gaze, Lillian felt her heart being squeezed by him.

Even if she had misunderstood the drone show incident, wasn't he the one who cherished and cared for Wendy so much?

Why did he have the right to drag her out in the middle of the night and repeatedly mock her?

With a cold face, she said, "I have nothing to say."

Jackson's pupils contracted, his voice cold.

"Get out!"
