Chapter 411 Pick the Wedding Dress

Lillian looked at Jackson, surprised. "Are we picking out the wedding dress now?"

Jackson shot back, "What else? The wedding's already in the works. If we don't get the dress now, it'll be too late!"

Jackson noticed Lillian's surprise but no excitement or urgency. It felt like he was the only one eager for the wedding.

Lillian fell silent, thinking, 'Why is Jackson suddenly a bit angry?'

Luckily, the roads were clear, and they got to Style Canvas quickly. Floyd parked the car.

Jackson held Lillian by the waist as they walked into the bridal shop. A tall, charming woman in a red suit approached them.

Molly, Gray's cousin, owned Style Canvas.

Molly smiled. "Congrats! Mr. Frane, don't worry. I'll make sure Mrs. Frane is the most beautiful bride."

Before Lillian could speak, Jackson said, "Lillian is beautiful. She'll be stunning no matter what. I'm not worried."

Lillian was surprised by Jackson's bluntness. She noticed the staff laughing, and Molly looked a bit stunned.

She glared at Jackson, then smiled shyly at Molly. "Thanks, Molly."

Molly laughed and took Lillian's hand. "I've never heard Mr. Frane compliment anyone. He's right. You're beautiful. Any dress here will look amazing on you. I can't wait to see it."

Molly led Lillian upstairs. Lillian had met Molly at events but didn't know her well.

Blushing from the compliments, Lillian looked at over ten wedding dresses and picked her three favorites.

Unsure which to choose, Molly suggested trying them all on and asked a staff member to call Jackson for his opinion.

Jackson quickly pointed to a dress held by a tall staff member. "This one."

Lillian felt he was being a bit dismissive. "Why this one? The other two are pretty too. Look at the off-shoulder one. I love the design."

Jackson interrupted, "I chose the one that covers the most."

Lillian blinked and compared them again. The one Jackson chose had the most fabric and was the only long-sleeved dress.

No wonder he had decided so quickly. It seemed this was his only criterion.

Molly, standing nearby, laughed. "With Lillian's great figure, Mr. Frane, you should let her show it off."

Lillian felt shy again and looked at Jackson.

Jackson said, "It's cold during the wedding. I don't want her to be cold."

"Of course!" Molly laughed, not arguing.

Jackson instructed the staff member to hold the long-sleeved dress to help Lillian try it on.

After they left, Jackson walked to the waiting area, and Molly followed, sighing.

Jackson looked up at Molly, clearly annoyed by her staring.

Molly smiled. "Mr. Frane, I didn't expect you to be so affectionate."

His possessiveness, jealousy, and the way he looked at Lillian all showed Jackson's love.

As a woman, Molly felt a bit envious. She didn't expect the noble Jackson to be just like any other man when it came to love.
