Chapter 95 He Said She Was Dirty

Daisy was stunned. When she called, Jackson asked her who told her. She interpreted it as the child being Jackson's and he just wanted to keep it a secret for now.

"If the child isn't yours, then whose could it be?" Daisy asked.

After all, Wendy was Jackson's ex-girlfriend. She went abroad because Lillian stole Jackson from her, causing her emotional pain and leading to their breakup.

Now Wendy was flying back to the country on Jackson's private plane. If the child wasn't Jackson's, then whose could it be?

Jackson furrowed his brow slightly. "Daisy, your question is strange. I am a married man with a wife. Lillian is here, and you should ask me this question when she is pregnant."

Lillian's heart raced. She grabbed Jackson's shirt, and her breath was stuck in her chest.

"Jackson, are you refusing to acknowledge the child because you don't want Wendy to be labeled as a homewrecker? Or is it that you don't want to divorce Lillian? You can't do this! The child is the Frane family's flesh and blood, and the frane Family needs this child now! Jeffrey's illness cannot be delayed."

Daisy didn't believe Jackson's words.

She had checked with the hospital. Since Wendy returned to the country, all the medical expenses for her hospitalization were paid from Jackson's private account.

Jackson even accompanied Wendy to see the doctor. The nurse said he cared a lot about the child, and even Wendy hinted that the child was Jackson's.

Jackson interrupted Daisy, his voice suddenly becoming extremely cold.

"I've said it before, Jeffrey's illness doesn't require a bone marrow transplant, and Wendy's child has nothing to do with me. Stop having ideas about that child!"

Daisy was startled by his tone, and her face turned ugly.

Lillian was very surprised. Although the relationship between Daisy and Jackson was not very close, Jackson had always been very respectful toward his parents.

At least Lillian had never seen him speak to Daisy in such a stern manner before.

For the sake of Wendy's child, he was so undignified to Daisy.

Was he worried that Wendy's child would become a pawn in Jeffrey's treatment and that was why he said the child wasn't his?

Lillian's racing heart gradually calmed down.

Jackson didn't say anything more. He carried Lillian upstairs, and their figures quickly disappeared around the corner of the staircase.

Daisy was breathing heavily with anger, holding onto the banister.

But when she and Lillian thought about it, every time Jeffrey's illness was mentioned, Jackson would be so concerned about Wendy's child. It was undoubtedly Jackson's child.

Daisy sneered, turned around, grabbed her bag, and left.

Upstairs.

Jackson carried Lillian into the bedroom and intended to put her on the bed, but Lillian struggled free.

"I feel dirty and want to take a bath first. Let me down."

There was always a strange man's cologne scent on her, which reminded Jackson that the scent seemed to have intensified suddenly.

He lowered his eyes and coldly smiled. "Do you know you're dirty?"

In an instant, she felt as if she had fallen into an ice cave, and the image of being pressed against the wall by Sean flashed before her eyes again.

Yes, he was right. She was dirty.

Her face turned pale as a sheet, and with a sudden burst of strength, she pushed Jackson away fiercely.

"I may be dirty, but not as dirty as you! Take care of your Wendy and child!"

She rushed into the bathroom as if struck by a huge shock.

Jackson took two steps back from her push and then walked to the bathroom door with a sullen face.

Lillian had already locked the bathroom door, and the sound of rushing water could be heard from inside.

The sound of water was loud. Jackson frowned and knocked on the door twice, but there was no response. Whether she didn't hear it or didn't want to respond, there was no reaction.

Jackson clenched his teeth, barely suppressing his anger, and left the master bedroom.
