Chapter 131 Wendy's Frustration
Jackson glared at the invitations and nodded in response.
"Anything else?" he asked.
Thinking about the divorce agreement, Jackson felt annoyed. Seeing Wendy standing there motionless, he raised his gaze and asked.
Wendy bit her lip, looking pitiful.
"I have a photo shoot for an endorsement later. This is my first endorsement. Can you accompany me?" she asked.
The endorsement Wendy was going to shoot was for a game under Star Group. Jackson happened to have a meeting scheduled in that area in the afternoon, so it wouldn't be troublesome to go and see Wendy.
He nodded and said, "Sure, I have a meeting around that area later."
Wendy immediately became happy. She smiled understandingly and said, "Then I won't disturb you. You remember to balance work and rest. See you in the afternoon."
After Wendy got into the car, she angrily slammed her bag heavily on the seat.
Rose, who was waiting in the car, looked at her and asked, "Did Mr. Frane agree to come to the solo concert?"
Wendy reluctantly suppressed her anger and said, "He agreed."
Jackson intended to attend by leaving the invitation.
Rose breathed a sigh of relief and said, "That's good. Why aren't you happy then?"
During this time, Wendy had been promoting her relationship with Jackson online.
If Jackson didn't attend Wendy's first solo concert, there would be all kinds of ridicule online.
Wendy was angry because of Lillian. Thinking about the intense atmosphere between Jackson and Lillian in the car just now, Wendy felt extremely jealous.

After the call connected, she adjusted her hair and said, "Lillian, I'll have the assistant send the few desserts I like the most to you later. "Lillian, answering the phone and listening carefully is basic courtesy, isn't it?" Wendy said.
"Isn't not being a mistress more important? Do you have the right to speak on courtesy?" Lillian retorted.
Wendy chuckled lightly and said, "Lillian, your sharp tongue and heavy sarcasm in life are not what men like."
Lillian couldn't be bothered to listen to her bragging. "No need to thank me. After all, I just ordered desserts, and Jackson gave me a generous allowance. If there are more good opportunities to earn easy money like this in the future, feel free to call me again. If you have nothing else to say, I'm hanging up."
Wendy was shut down by Lillian again. She sighed before saying, "There is something. My solo concert is the day after tomorrow, you must come."
Lillian wouldn't go to Wendy's solo concert, she laughed.
"Sorry, I can endure cold words, but I have no tolerance for bad music. For the sake of my ears and mental health, I won't be going," Lillian replied.
She hung up directly after speaking.
Wendy sneered and said, "Vulgar person!"
Rose was about to say a few words to comfort her when her phone rang.
After listening, Rose's expression became serious. She answered, "Okay, I got it. You go out of town to lay low today. If things go smoothly, I'll give you another 8000 dollars. If you say something you shouldn't, don't blame me for being rude."
"What's wrong?" Wendy frowned.
" Mr. Frane is investigating that matter, Elowen has been taken away."
Wendy sat up straight all of a sudden, and Rose continued.
"And at the hospital, Sean was supposed to be discharged and transferred to the detention center today, but a man disguised as a cleaner suddenly rushed into the ward with a knife and chopped off Sean's penis in front of him."
"How did that happen?"
Wendy felt chills all over her body, and Rose's face was very pale.
"His penis was cut off and smashed in front of Sean. Sean is still in critical condition."
It must have been Jackson's doing.
He was too ruthless!
