"He might have sent it to the wrong person. Why don't you add him back?" Jackson asked.
"I'm fine now. You should leave," Lillian said, starting to usher him out.

Jackson felt a pang in his heart. "We haven't finalized the divorced yet. Protecting you and Taylor is my duty as a husband and father."
Lillian shook her head slightly. "Once the divorce is registered, it's final."
"Fine," Jackson sighed, "then just consider it for Taylor."
"You've already paid child support. If you don't let me pay their salaries, I won't need your help!"
Lillian seemed indifferent to anything he said, as if nothing could move her.
Jackson's face darkened, and his clenched hand eventually relaxed as he said, "Fine, whatever you say!"
His tone was a bit angry.
Just then, Jackson's phone rang. It was Harry calling.
Jackson looked down, his eyes cold.
He didn't really need Harry's efficiency at the moment and wasn't in the mood to answer the phone.
People always liked to compare, and suddenly, he found Terry to be more likable than Harry.
But under Lillian's urging gaze, he answered the call and put it on speaker.
"Mr. Frane, I've checked. Two months ago, Bob had an accident at work. A steel frame collapsed. Bob saved a prison guard and got a reduced sentence, which is why he was released early."
Jackson's eyes darkened, and he instructed, "Find out if there's anything suspicious about this. Then have someone keep a close watch on him and teach him a lesson. Don't let him appear in front of Lillian again!"
