Chapter 353 I Disagree
That was the only thing Victoria was worried about now.
Lillian nodded. "Elysium's belly dancer, Zoe, was still performing on stage eight months into her pregnancy. My baby is very well-behaved, and I can feel it supporting me. Victoria, don't worry. I can do it."
Victoria smiled, stepped forward, and extended her hand to Lillian. "Then, Lillian, welcome to the Harmony Dance Project."
Lilliansmiled as she shook hands with Victoria, her clear eyes lighting up like stars.
Lillian then looked at Ambrose and thanked him earnestly. "Mr. Kelly, thank you."
Lillian's long hair was slightly messy, but her eyebrows were raised in excitement. She had just finished dancing with a blush on her cheeks and an aura of vitality.
She was just like the pregnant woman in her dance, struggling to survive through hardships.
Now, Lillian looked completely different from the woman Ambrose had seen in front of the car that day.
Ambrose's deep eyes focused on her, and he nodded at her slightly.
When Jackson pushed open the doors of the music hall and barged in, this was the scene he saw.
Lillian stood at the edge of the stage while Ambrose stood tall below.
One looked down, the other looked up, and they gazed at each other.
Lillian's smile was bright, and Nathan stood beside her, also staring at her.
Jackson couldn't suppress the coldness emanating from him as he strode towards the stage.
"I disagree!" He shouted.
As Jackson's cold voice fell, he had already reached the front of the stage and extended his long arm.
Before Lillian could react, Jackson had lifted her off the stage and into his arms.
His familiar scent enveloped her, along with his clearly suppressed displeasure.
Lillian's smile vanished, and she pushed against Jackson's chest, frowning. "What are you doing here?"
Jackson looked down at Lillian, seeing that his arrival brought her no joy or surprise. Instead, she was full of resistance and rejection.
Just moments ago, she had been smiling so brightly at another man, but now she was cold as ice towards him.
Jealousy slowly filled Jackson's eyes. He tightened his grip on Lillian's waist, pulled her closer, and said, "Lillian, don't make a scene."
Jackson smiled at Lillian. His words were meant to soothe, but his eyes were filled with anger, and his demeanor was domineering.
After speaking, Jackson looked at Ambrose and nodded slightly. "Mr. Kelly, I didn't know you were in Miracalia. On another day, my wife, Lillian, and I will host dinner and invite you to our home. Today, we have matters at home, so I'll take Lillian back first."
Jackson coldly nodded at Ambrose, then forcefully turned with Lillian in his arms.
Lillian was furious. She thought, 'Why did Jackson veto the opportunity I was fighting for with just his disagreement and take matters into his hands?'
She wanted to struggle and argue, but she was too weak and had to follow him as he turned.
Even worse, Jackson turned around and forcibly covered her mouth.
Lillian was so anxious that sweat beaded on her forehead, her eyes filled with frustration. Just when she felt hopeless, a figure blocked Jackson's path.
"Mr. Frane, it's not appropriate for you to make decisions on behalf of Mrs. Frane, is it?"
