Chapter 267 You Have Signed An Agreement with Me
Amelia and Shirley walked forward while chatting .
A motorhome drove in behind them, and the rear door swung open. A pair of long legs stepped out first. It was a man wearing a mask, a fisherman's hat, and a long trench coat. He was thoroughly concealed and even wore sunglasses.
"Gray, Otis is already at the Celestial Sky Lounge, just waiting for you," the assistant said, replying on his phone as he got out of the car.
Gray nodded and looked ahead, his gaze landing on a somewhat familiar figure.
He raised his hand and pulled down his sunglasses slightly.
He didn't misjudge. Itwas Shirley really.
"What is she doing here?" Gray raised an eyebrow as he asked.
His assistant Loren Schneider followed his gaze and saw Shirley turning to talk to Amelia. Loren saw her clearly.
"Gray, that's Shirley. How strange. Why isn't she on set today? Does Shirley know Amelia? Could she be here to see Otis?" Loren speculated, feeling happy for Shirley.
"Shirley's acting is so good, her action scenes are impressive, and she's as beautiful as any other actress. If she gets a chance, she could definitely become famous," he continued, feeling a breeze on his head.
He looked up to see Gray staring down at him with an unfriendly expression. Loren gave an awkward smile.
"You're always calling her Shirley. Are you very familiar with her?" Gray asked coldly.
"No. Shirley...Ms. James has a good personality. She's easygoing and not pretentious. She gets along well with us," Loren explained embarrassedly.
"So, do you think it's beneath her to be my martial arts instructor and stand-in for kissing scenes?" Gray sneered.
Loren shrank back and shut his mouth.
Gray quickened his pace, but to his surprise, Shirley and Amelia were also heading to the Celestial Sky Lounge.
"Ms. James and Amelia must be here to see Otis, too. Oh, I remember now. Amelia is the second female lead of Mythical Realms. She must be introducing Ms. James to Otis." Loren guessed.
Gray squinted his eyes, took long strides forward, and grabbed Shirley by the arm. "Come with me."
"What are you doing? Gray, are you crazy? Let me go!" Shirley shouted.
Amelia looked bewildered as Shirley was dragged away. She tried to follow but was stopped by Loren.
"Ms. Davis, Gray just wants to have a word with Ms. James. You don't need to go over."
Gray had a powerful background and was already a famous movie star.
Amelia was surprised as she asked, "Does Shirley know Mr. Flores? That's great. I won't interrupt them."
She had heard that the male lead of Mythical Realms had a prestigious status, but she didn't expect him to be as influential as Gray.
Shirley knew him, and their relationship seemed unusual. Did she still need to fight for the fourth female lead?
Shirley was dragged to the restroom door. She angrily tried to pull her hand away but couldn't manage it. She then elbowed Gray in the chest, pinning him against the wall.
"Mr. Flores, if you have something to say, say it. If not, I'll go. I'm busy," Shirley said angrily.
She was strong, and Gray felt the pain in his back.
With a stern face, he said, "Shirley, why are you here to see Otis?"
"What I do is none of your business," Shirley replied as she turned to leave.
However, Gray grabbed her again and said angrily, "You're here to ask Otis for a role, aren't you? Please don't forget that you have signed an agreement with me."
Shirley had previously been thrown into jail because of Gray, and it was Lillian who had to beg Jackson to get her out.
Later, she ran into Gray again on set. He was petty and made things difficult for her.
To avoid causing more trouble for Lillian, she endured it and had to agree to be Gray's martial arts instructor.
Gray was very picky. He even refused to do intimate scenes with different actresses, claiming they were unclean.
He made her stand in for the female leads during bed and kissing scenes, and Shirley agreed.
They even signed an agreement.
