Chapter 908

According to Oberon, if Logan really were her Taylor...

If she had seen Logan back then, still holding onto her resentment and taking it out on him.

She would be filled with regret now, and Ruby would be secretly enjoying the mockery.

Lillian suddenly stood up. "Grandpa, I need to get back to Miracalia right away."

Whether Logan was Taylor or not could be figured out with a simple test.

Oberon's expression shifted slightly, and he spoke in a serious tone.

"If Logan really is Taylor, the kid might not be in Miracalia anymore."

Lillian froze.

Of course, if Logan was Ruby's backup plan, she would have someone secretly keeping tabs on Logan.

If anything went wrong, they'd whisk Logan away immediately.

They wouldn't leave Logan for them to discover his identity.

The excitement that had just surged through Lillian's veins instantly turned to ice.

Her face turned pale, filled with regret.

If she had known, she would have brought Logan along.

Lillian remembered that on the morning she and Jackson secretly came to Seaspring Valley City, Mireille had taken Logan to the hospital.

She had played with Logan for a while, and when it was time to leave, Logan clung to her neck, refusing to let go.

It was she who told Logan to be good and stay with Mireille until they returned.

It was also her who pried Logan's little hands from her neck and handed the tearful Logan to Mireille.

"Mireille, I need to contact Mireille!"

Regret was useless now. Lillian quickly took out her phone and dialed Mireille's number.

However, after the ringtone sounded, no one answered.

Lillian's face turned even worse, her fingers trembling as she held the phone.

The ringtone stopped, and the call was automatically disconnected without anyone answering.

Lillian felt like she was being roasted over a fire. She wanted to call again, but Oberon stood up and held her hand.

"Don't panic. If you can't get through, it might mean we're right, and that's a good thing."

Oberon squeezed Lillian's hand tightly.

Lillian gradually calmed down and nodded.

"Grandpa is right, it's a good thing. I'll contact Jackson first."

If Logan was really missing, then Logan was most likely their Taylor.

Lillian needed to notify Jackson and have him quickly send people from Miracalia to find Logan.

Lillian's emergency contact was Jackson. She pressed the emergency dial button and quickly made the call.

Oberon watched her actions and sighed inwardly.

Maybe he should have let her handle her own emotional issues a long time ago.

However, Jackson's phone also went unanswered.

"Could something have happened?"

Lillian couldn't help but feel a sense of foreboding.

Meanwhile, Harry rushed back to Miracalia and immediately mobilized all resources to search for Taylor.

At the same time, he arrived outside the Price Mansion with his team.

Harry called Mireille, hoping she would bring Logan out.

But the phone that had been reachable earlier now went unanswered.

Harry frowned and decided not to wait. He led his team to ring the doorbell.

Soon, a servant came over, eyeing Harry and the row of black-clad bodyguards behind him, their menacing appearance making him uneasy.

The servant didn't dare open the door, his face pale. "What do you want?"

"Open the door. I'm a bodyguard from the Frane family. Our Lyra wants to see Logan and asked me to bring him to the Frane Mansion for a couple of days."

The servant looked puzzled and hesitated, not approaching the door.

Harry grew impatient. "Open the door!"

His fierce appearance and the forceful kick he gave the iron gate made a loud clang.

The servant trembled in fear and ran back into the mansion without a word.

"What now? Harry, the servant's reaction was strange when he heard we were here for Logan. Could something be wrong?" A bodyguard stepped forward to ask Harry.

Harry took a step back and raised his hand. "Break it down."

The bodyguards behind him immediately went to get tools.

The servant ran into the mansion, shouting, "Mr. Price, there's a group of men in black outside. They say they're from the Frane family and want to take the young master!"

Dominic heard the commotion and came out of his study, stopping on the stairs. "What do you mean, take Logan? Ridiculous! Tell them Logan isn't home, and the Price family isn't seeing guests today!"

Before the servant could turn around, loud noises echoed.

Another servant rushed in. "Mr. Price, it's bad. They've broken down the door and are coming in."

Before he finished speaking, Harry had already led two teams of bodyguards inside.

Dominic and Harry locked eyes, and the atmosphere turned tense.

"How dare you! This is the Price Mansion. What do you want? Get out!"

Harry stepped forward, and the bodyguards quickly subdued everyone in the mansion.

"Mr. Price, we're just here to take Logan to the Frane Mansion for a couple of days. If you cooperate, I promise no harm will come to anyone in the Price family. Where's Logan?"

Dominic gripped the stair railing, his face angry. "Harry! Who do you think you are, causing a scene in my mansion? Where's your master? Get Jackson here!"

"What do you mean, Mr. Price? If you don't bring Logan out, we'll have to find him ourselves."

Harry remembered his mission and didn't engage in further argument. He raised his hand, signaling the bodyguards to search.

Dominic angrily descended the stairs. "Enough! What are you up to? Logan was taken by your Frane family! Logan is my grandson, a member of the Price family. If it weren't for Lillian being unconscious and pitiful, I wouldn't have let Star take Logan to the hospital. What's going on now? I haven't even asked Jackson for Logan, and you're here demanding him!"

Dominic's brows furrowed, his face filled with anger and confusion.

Harry's eyes narrowed. "What do you mean? Logan wasn't brought back to the Price Mansion?"

Dominic's brows furrowed deeper. "Of course not. Logan has been at the Peace Mansion all this time."

His expression changed dramatically, and he grabbed Harry. "Where's Logan? Where's my grandson? What do you mean, is Logan missing?"

He questioned repeatedly, and Harry's heart sank.

"A few hours ago, I spoke with Mireille. She said the Price family had sent someone to bring her and Logan back! Mr. Price, stop pretending! If you don't bring Logan out, we'll have to find him ourselves."

Without hesitation, Harry signaled, and all the black-clad bodyguards began searching the entire Price Mansion.

Dominic shouted angrily, "Stop! Call the police, immediately!"

But no one paid attention to him. The servants of the Price Mansion were all subdued.

Dominic took out his phone, but before he could dial, Harry snatched it away and turned it off.

Ten minutes later, all the bodyguards returned to the living room of the Price Mansion.

There was no trace of Logan or Mireille.

Harry's expression turned grim as he stared intently at Dominic, watching for any change in his expression.

"Mr. Price, are you sure Logan hasn't been here in the past two days?"

"Absolutely not! What do you mean? Where is Logan? Isn't he at the Peace Mansion?"

Dominic asked again, his face showing genuine shock and concern, as if he had no idea Logan was missing.

Harry didn't respond. He tried calling Mireille again.

This time, her phone was turned off. Harry looked at Dominic and asked, "Where is Ms. Price?"

He had noticed that Star was not at home.

Dominic turned to the butler. "Where is Star?"

The butler stepped forward. "Ms. Price went out early this morning."

"Where did she go?"

"She said she was meeting two friends for shopping."

"Contact her immediately and have her come back!"

Dominic ordered, and the butler quickly called Star.

Star answered promptly, and the background noise confirmed she was at a mall.

Harry sent someone to verify, and it was quickly confirmed that Star was indeed shopping.

"What is going on with Logan? My grandson was handed over to Jackson, and now he's missing? Jackson must give me an explanation!"

Dominic was furious and ordered the butler to call the police.

Harry didn't stop him. He remembered Jackson's instructions to confirm Logan and Jackson's DNA match as soon as he returned to Miracalia.

But now Logan was missing, making the situation even more suspicious.

Ignoring Dominic's outburst, Harry turned to a trembling servant and said, "Take me to Logan's room."

The servant glanced at Dominic, who shouted angrily, "Harry, what are you doing now? Do you think the Price family is a place you can just search?"

"Mr. Price, Logan is likely missing. If you truly want to find him quickly, you should cooperate. Otherwise, I have reason to suspect you hid Logan."

Dominic laughed bitterly. "I hid Logan? Why would I hide my own grandson? Let me tell you, Logan is my only grandson. If anything happens to him, I won't let it go! You'd better find Logan and bring him back home immediately!"

Harry scrutinized Dominic's expression but found no clues.

Ignoring Dominic, Harry grabbed the servant and had him lead the way upstairs.

Ten minutes later, Harry and his team left the Price Mansion.

Harry got into the car and instructed the driver to head back to the Peace Mansion, then called Jackson.

Jackson answered quickly, his voice deep. "Did you get Logan?"

Harry's face grew even more serious. "Mr. Frane, Logan is missing."

Jackson, who was already on a helicopter to Seaside City, felt his heart drop. "What do you mean, missing?"

"I just searched the entire Price Mansion inside and out. Logan is definitely not there. Dominic claims Mireille never brought Logan back, and no one from the Price family went to pick him up. Dominic genuinely seems to believe Logan is still at the Peace Mansion. There's something else strange, too."

"Speak."

Jackson's hand clenched tightly at his side. He had suspected Logan might be Taylor, which was why he instructed Harry to bring Logan back to the Frane Mansion and compare their DNA. But now, Logan's sudden disappearance seemed to confirm his suspicions.

"I tried to find some of Logan's hair in his room, but after searching every corner, there wasn't a single strand."

Harry explained that he had gone to Logan's room to find some hair for DNA testing. Even though Logan hadn't been at the Price Mansion for a few days, and children don't shed much hair, the room being completely devoid of hair seemed unusual. It felt like someone had deliberately cleaned the room to ensure no traces were left, possibly to delay their search.

Harry had a hunch, and Jackson thought the same. Jackson's expression grew colder as he instructed Harry. "Immediately trace Mireille's last known location. Search the Peace Mansion for clues and keep a close watch on the Price family."

"Got it," Harry responded.

If Dominic and the Price family were telling the truth and hadn't picked up Logan, then Logan and Mireille must have disappeared from the Peace Mansion, which might hold clues. Harry was already heading to the Peace Mansion.

Jackson continued, "Determine the last time Mireille and Logan were seen. Lock down all entry and exit points in Miracalia. They might still be in the city. Also, check all sea, land, and air exit points from yesterday to today for any records of a child under one year old leaving Miracalia."

From the time Jackson and Lillian secretly returned to Seaspring Valley City until now, it had only been two and a half days. If Logan was taken, it was likely by someone Ruby had arranged, acting after Ruby's incident. This meant they had at most a day or a day and a half. With such a tight timeframe, they might not have left Miracalia yet. Moreover, there wouldn't be many people traveling with a child under one year old. Checking the passenger records for the past day could reveal where Logan was taken.

Harry agreed to the instructions, and Jackson ended the call. Almost immediately, his phone rang again. Seeing it was Lillian, Jackson answered quickly, his emotions still unsettled.

As soon as he put the phone to his ear, Lillian's trembling and anxious voice came through. "Jackson, Logan! Logan might be our Taylor, he..."
