Chapter 351 On Stage

Jackson came out of the ward after half an hour.

By then, Terry was already waiting outside.

Jackson walked towards the elevator and asked Terry, "Did you find Lillian?"

Terry quickly caught up and replied, "Ms. James went to the Frane Mansion early in the morning to pick up Mrs. Frane. They went to the Miracalia Theater together."

"What did she go there for?" Jackson turned back and asked.

Terry shook his head and said, "We haven't figured that out yet, but we should have news soon."

Miracalia Theater.

When Lillian arrived, Ambrose was already there, and to her surprise, Nathan had also come.

Seeing Lillian, Nathan immediately stepped forward with concern and asked, "Lillian, are you feeling better? Can you really dance now? If you're not fully recovered, don't push yourself. Ambrose can wait until you're better before introducing you to the dance troupe. Right, Ambrose?"

Nathan turned to look at Ambrose, who glanced at him and said indifferently, "I don't have that much time."

Then, Ambrose nodded at Lillian and said, "Let's go. I hope you don't disappoint me."

Ambrose took the lead and walked inside, his back straight and decisive.

Nathan looked embarrassed and said to Lillian with a sorry expression, "Lillian, that's just how Ambrose is. Don't mind him. Besides, he's only like that with me. Don't be nervous."

Lillian smiled and nodded. "Don't worry. I'm not that fragile. I'm very grateful that Mr. Kelly recommended me and gave me this opportunity. Why would I mind?"

Nathan smiled and turned to catch up with Ambrose.

Shirley, holding Lillian's arm, leaned in and whispered, "Honestly, this is the first time I've seen a man worse at talking than Jackson. No wonder he's the president of the Kelly Group, Jackson's competitor."

Lillian was surprised and asked, "Jackson's competitor?"

She had never heard of this before.

Shirley nodded. "Didn't you know? I understand. After all, Jackson is the best in your eyes. Who could be his competitor?"

Lillian fell silent.

She indeed used to think that way. Besides Jackson, she couldn't see any other man.

Shirley continued, "The Kelly Group and the Frane Group were both very successful in the real estate industry, each controlling half of the market. Jackson is the heir to the Frane family, and Ambrose is in charge of the Kelly Group. They're both so young. It's inevitable that people compare them and call them competitors. But in recent years, Jackson has been leading Star Group, focusing on high-tech, new energy, and chemical automotive industries, while the Kelly Group, under Ambrose's leadership, has been vigorously developing the cultural and entertainment industry."

Shirley nudged Lillian with her elbow and whispered, "You can twist your waist a bit later, making Ambrose have feelings for you, which will make Jackson insanely jealous."

Lillian remained silent.

"What's wrong?" Shirley asked.

"Stop dreaming. You should be a screenwriter. You're overestimating me," Lillian said.

She thought, 'Ambrose has seen all kinds of beauties. He couldn't be interested in a pregnant woman like me. Even a screenwriter won't dare to make up such nonsense.'

Shirley, however, didn't care. She thought that Lillian probably hadn't seen herself dance carefully.

Even girls would be captivated after seeing that, and Ambrose must be the same as them.

Moreover, Ambrose, as the president of the Kelly Group, didn't seem like someone who would casually give out business cards and make introductions.

Shirley thought maybe Ambrose had feelings for Lillian.

Lillian met Victoria, who showed her a dance routine and asked her to try it on stage.

Lillian only watched it twice before putting down her phone, taking off her coat, and handing it to Shirley as she went on stage.

Meanwhile, outside the theater, Jackson's car pulled up.

Jackson got out of the car with a gloomy face.

A staff member quickly ran over and said, "Mr. Frane, Mrs. Frane and Mr. Kelly are in the music hall on the east side. Mrs. Frane is already on stage trying out the dance. I'll take you there."

Hearing that Lillian was already on stage, Jackson frowned slightly and strode inside.
