Chapter 294 Explain!

Could this child be a descendant of the Frane Family?

In this generation of the Frane Family, excluding Jackson, Kevin was definitely not possible either.

Joseph Frane and Matthew Frane were both Steven Frane's children, and they had already started their families and kids.

William Frane was Jenny's biological brother, but William and Jackson didn't have a close relationship.

If the child belonged to any of them, Jackson would have no reason to interfere and go to great lengths to hide it.

At this moment, the elevator doors opened.

Lillian didn't think much more about it. She didn't want to stay with Wendy for another second and stepped out of the elevator.

Behind her, Wendy suddenly said again, "Aren't you planning to go abroad? If I'm not mistaken, Jackson found out you were pregnant and brought you back, right? Jackson actually likes kids. My baby isn't even born yet, and Jackson already bought a small asteroid as a gift. I wonder what surprise Jackson has prepared for the baby in your belly."

"Wendy's baby is Mr. Frane's, so he is good to her. Ms. Young, according to your words, Wendy's baby isn't Mr. Frane's, but he is still so good to her. Why is that? Because he can't forget Wendy," Rose said with a light laugh.

Wendy's words clearly implied that Jackson didn't love Lillian and only brought her back because he found out she was pregnant.

Lillian also remembered Jackson had bought the naming rights to a small asteroid for Wendy. It was like a thorn in her heart that she couldn't pull out.

Rose's words made Lillian even more uncomfortable.

However, Lillian didn't want to give them the satisfaction of seeing her upset. She walked out of the elevator and then turned back to look at Wendy, saying, "Your jumping around and self-talk, with that jealous expression, are really amusing. Thanks for your effort. But unfortunately, I didn't bring my purse today, so I can't tip you. I'll make it up next time."

With that, she flashed a bright, cheerful smile, waved her hand, and turned to leave.

Wendy's clenched hands began to tremble uncontrollably.

She stared at Lillian's back with a sullen expression.

Wendy fumed, "That Bitch! Lillian's a fake. How can I be jealous of her? Ridiculous. The only reason she can keep Jackson is because she's pregnant! No wonder she dares to talk about divorce with Jackson. Turns out she's pregnant and knows Jackson will have to keep her for the child's sake. Playing hard to get, what a schemer!"

She would never let Lillian get everything so easily!

As Lillian turned around, her smile had completely disappeared.

She had to admit that Wendy knew how to make her angry.

Even though Lillian knew Wendy's personality and knew not to believe everything she said, she was still very angry.

When Lillian pushed open the door of Jackson's ward, her face was gloomy.

Seeing that she had returned, Jackson smiled. He reached out his hand to Lillian and asked, "Why did it take you so long?"

Lillian walked over, raised her hand, and slapped it hard into Jackson's palm, saying, "Jackson, you have to explain to me today what's going on with Wendy's baby. Otherwise, I'm taking Taylor and leaving!"

As she spoke, her eyes welled up with tears. She put her hands on her hips, looking like a small cat arching its back and pretending to be fierce.

Jackson was slightly surprised. He reached out and pulled Lillian to the bed, holding her as he asked, "Did you run into someone outside? What happened?"

Lillian glared at him and snorted, "Stop changing the subject!"

Jackson's lips pressed together slightly as he said, "You'll know about this later."

Seeing Jackson still avoiding the topic, Lillian felt an endless wave of disappointment.

Thinking of Wendy's smug and confident look just now, Lillian stared at him and smiled, then asked. "After Taylor is born, will she have to call Wendy's baby brother?"

Jackson clearly didn't catch the hidden meaning in Lillian's smile. He held her waist and didn't seem to think there was any problem, nodding slightly. "Yes, that child will be a bit older than Taylor. If it's a boy, he should be called brother. The two kids growing up together like siblings won't be lonely."

Lillian felt a chill in her heart, thinking, 'Taylor would call Wendy's child brother, and they would grow up like siblings? Would Wendy also be a constant presence in my life?'
