Chapter 173 No Such Insult!

"What's going on?" Lillian asked anxiously.

Shirley was obviously drunk and gloomy. She only perked up when she saw Lillian.

She clenched her fists in anger as she said, "It's that hypocritical Gray! He deceived the public and fabricated a handsome character. He is narrow-minded!"

After listening to Shirley's rant for a while, Lillian finally understood what was happening.

It turned out that Gray made things difficult for Shirley after Jackson took Lillian away, not allowing her to leave and demanding compensation for the losses.

Shirley wouldn't easily compromise, and Gray was also of a stubborn temperament, so the two of them started fighting. They brawled all the way to the bar, and because they were both drunk, Shirley had accidentally hurt Gray.

Now, Gray had reported Shirley to the police for property infringement and personal injury, locking her up.

Shirley said, "Lillian, you don't need to worry about me. If Gray has the ability, he'd better lock me up for a lifetime! I'll curse him all night in the detention room."

Shirley didn't want Lillian's interference, but Lillian felt regretful.

Shirley had come along with her tonight, and it was because of her that the conflict with Gray occurred. How could she abandon Shirley like this?

She contacted a lawyer, but due to Gray providing surveillance footage of Shirley leading people to break things in the winery, it made things difficult. He also missed work on the shoot because Shirley injured his face, so he was adamant about not reconciling.

He was the young master of the Flores family. Due to the power of the Flores family and Shirley's ineptitude, the police didn't allow Shirley to be bailed out.

Lillian called Gray, apologizing calmly. "Mr. Flores, I was wrong tonight. Please forgive me. I apologize to you on behalf of Shirley and will compensate for the losses..."

Before she could finish her sentence, Gray interrupted her, "You don't have the right to apologize for her. Do you know what she did?"

Lillian asked, "What did she do?" She was puzzled, wondering what else Shirley had done to him.

Gray was furious but couldn't bring himself to say it.

He remembered he had a drunk bout with Shirley tonight, and both of them got drunk and almost did it in bed.

Not only did she take advantage of him, but she lost control and kicked him off the bed at a critical moment.

Gray was left dizzy and disoriented from the fall, and before he could react, Shirley pounced on him like a tiger, accusing him of trying to violate her, and then mercilessly beat him up.

He had lost his first kiss and his virginity, all while enduring a beating.

He had never experienced such humiliation in his life!

Gray coldly stated, "Unless Shirley kneels to apologize with a toast, there will be no talk of reconciliation!"

As he said, he touched the wound on his mouth and took a sharp breath, softening his demeanor.

He hung up directly with a sullen face.

When Lillian called again, Gray's phone was already off.

Lillian couldn't possibly ask Shirley to kneel and beg for forgiveness; Shirley wouldn't even if her legs were broken.

So, she called Jackson again, but his phone was also unreachable. Lillian thought he had left the hotel to see Wendy and then took a taxi to the Sivan family residence.

Indeed, Jackson had gone to the Sivan family residence.

When he arrived, Wendy was still in turmoil.

Since she had lost a tooth, her face and teeth were in pain. How could she bear this humiliation?

As Jackson arrived, Wendy collapsed in Grace's arms, crying.

Grace felt sorry for Wendy and applied an ice pack to her.

She questioned Jackson angrily, "Jackson, Wendy went out fine but was beaten up by Lillian like this! You must explain today!"

Shirley, with swollen eyes, looked at Jackson imploringly.

Jackson asked with a calm expression, "What explanation do you want?"

Grace exclaimed, "Call Lillian here now, get her to apologize to Wendy, and then let Wendy slap her back!"

A cold flash passed through Jackson's eyes. He chuckled softly and looked at Grace, saying, "Lillian is my wife. In Miracalia, no one dares to touch her!"

His expression seemed to say that they were delusional.
