Chapter 1028 Kick Someone When They Are Down

Lola's words left Azalea speechless. Just look at Lola sitting in a wheelchair, with a plain-looking "relative" behind her. How much money could she possibly have to shop here after leaving the Medici family?

Even if she did have money, Azalea didn't want to earn a single penny from her.

Yesterday was the Medici family's daughter's return party, and everyone in the store watched the live stream. They all despised Lola's shameless behavior.

Although Azalea was just a regular sales associate trying to make a living, she didn't want to earn a single cent from Lola!

At that moment, the store manager, Helena Collins, arrived. "Azalea, what's going on?"

"Helena," Azalea said, feeling a bit helpless, "Lola is here."

Helena looked Lola up and down. "Lola, dressed like this, anyone would think you did something shady and are afraid to be seen."

Lola was immediately offended. "What do you mean by that?"

"What do I mean? We all watched the Medici family's daughter's return live stream yesterday. I don't understand how you dare to go shopping today. The Medici family raised you for eighteen years, and you tried to harm their real daughter. We don't welcome customers like you in our store! Please leave immediately!"

Lola was furious. "What? Is RY your store? Do you make the rules here? You say you won't serve me, so you won't?"

"You can file a complaint against me, write a letter to headquarters. But let me tell you, RY and QY have collaborated several times. See if our headquarters will pay any attention to you."

"You..."

"Put her on the blacklist. She is not allowed to enter this store again." Helena threw out this statement and turned to leave.

"Yes." Azalea bent down in agreement, feeling a bit satisfied but pretending to be helpless. "I'm sorry."

"Briar, let's go!" Lola didn't want to stay there a second longer.

Briar hurriedly pushed the wheelchair out. "Ms. Flores, they were too much! Customers should be treated with respect. How can they treat you like this? I'll tell Mr. Hall and have him stand up for you."

"I don't believe it. I can change to another store!" Lola directed Briar to push her to another jewelry store, Lucky Jewelry.

Lucky Jewelry specialized in high-end jewelry, with even a simple necklace costing a fortune. Lola had spent quite a bit there before, and there were about ten customers in the store.

When Briar pushed Lola inside, a sales associate saw her and seemed to recognize her, but didn't approach. Instead, she pretended to be arranging the jewelry in the display case.

Other sales associates were busy attending to other customers, and no one paid attention to them.

The atmosphere became awkward.

Briar was angry. If Henry were here, all the sales associates would have come over to greet them politely.

"Is Electra here?" Lola immediately asked for Electra Ross, drawing the attention of many people.

Since she was wearing a hat and sunglasses, no customers recognized her, but they were curious about her identity. Asking for Electra right away suggested she was someone important.

Of course, a few sales associates did recognize her but chose not to speak. No one wanted to deal with her, pretending not to see her.

The sales associate, pretending to arrange jewelry, Amy Webb, reluctantly responded, "Electra's on vacation."

"Are you new here?" Lola glanced at her name tag. "I've never seen you before. You might not know, but every time I come, Electra invites me into the VIP room, personally attends to me, and serves me coffee and snacks."

Amy felt disdain. Everyone knew Lola tried to harm the Medici family's real daughter, Abella, and was kicked out for her evil deeds.

A few days ago, the Medici family had already canceled her VIP status at this store. Regardless of whether she had money to spend here, her actions against the Medici family meant that even if she had money, being too welcoming to her could cause trouble.

"Sorry, you're no longer a VIP customer here. You can browse the general area, but the VIP room is reserved for VIP customers only." Amy's words drew more attention.

Lola felt embarrassed. Then she remembered that when the Medicis punished her, they had already canceled her VIP status at various luxury stores.

"My spending level is well known to your colleagues. I can easily meet your VIP requirements with just one purchase today." Lola added.

Amy ignored her, pretending not to hear, and continued arranging jewelry.

Lola saw an emerald necklace in the display case and pointed to it. "Take this out; I want to try it on."

Amy saw Lola talking to her and had to respond. "Sorry, this necklace has already been reserved by a customer and will be picked up tomorrow."

"What about this one?"

"This is a sample. Three customers have already reserved it. If you want it, you'll have to wait three months."

"Electra never made me wait, not even a day."

"That was before."

Amy's words infuriated Lola. She wasn't the Medici family's daughter now, so even a low-level sales associate dared to step on her.

First, the sales associate at RY, Azalea, didn't respect her, and now the sales associate at Lucky Jewelry dared to treat her this way.

"Do you believe I can get you fired from here?"

"So this is the real Lola?" Amy's words made many people look at Lola.

"Lola? Isn't she the fake daughter kicked out by the Medici family? Oh, right, Lola Flores."

"Seems like her. Why is she in a wheelchair? Did the Medici family break her legs for her evil deeds?"

"If that's true, it means she did something really terrible. Good for them!"

"Kimberly said it during the live stream yesterday. This person is ungrateful and wicked, given countless chances but never correcting her mistakes, always trying to harm Abella."

"How does she have the courage to go shopping?"

"Does she think wearing a hat and sunglasses will keep her from being recognized?"

"Dressed like this, she must know she's done something wrong."

Listening to the surrounding gossip, Lola felt increasingly embarrassed.

She had planned to splurge today and vent her frustrations, but she didn't expect things to go so badly.

"Your actions have been recorded on surveillance. If you don't want to make things worse, please leave immediately." Amy's words made Lola grit her teeth.

Fine, she would leave. There were plenty of jewelry stores; she didn't have to buy here.

Henry had plenty of money. Lola refused to believe she couldn't find the jewelry she wanted today!
