Chapter 509 Settling the Score with Those Bastards
Abella was exhausted. Carrying Nicole on her back. Every step felt like it took all her strength.
In the drizzling rain, she lifted her eyes and vaguely saw Phillipe running out of the castle.
His figure seemed to split into several ones.
Abella smiled, thinking, 'He comes so early? Didn't he sleep well last night?'
With her vision growing increasingly blurry, Abella faintly heard her subordinates calling her, but she no longer had the strength to look at each of them carefully.
Her steps became heavier and slower, each one making her body sway like a mountain about to collapse.
"Abella!"
It was Phillipe's voice.
He rushed over. Seeing Abella covered in blood made his eyes well up with tears instantly.
Abella had no strength left and fainted. The next second, Phillipe caught her just in time.
Winston also caught Nicole, but his first concern was Abella, "Abella!!"
"Ms. Medici!"
Dozens of subordinates saw their boss injured so badly, feeling both heartbroken and furious.
"Which bastard did this? We must tear down their lair today!"
Sam had just rushed back from Florida. Seeing Abella injured like this, he was so angry.
It was so much like a few years ago when Abella was severely injured.
They had thought that Abella would never get hurt again with them around.
Sam's tears rolled down. "Dare to hurt Ms. Medici! I'll make sure they have no place to be buried!"
Tony also clenched his fists. "I won't let those people off!"
Ernest was equally indignant. "Everyone, follow me; let's flatten their place! You few guard the castle; don't let even a fly in; the rest follow me!"
"Call the doctor first." Phillipe carried Abella inside, his voice hoarse. "Do you even know where to find those people now? Abella's health is the priority!!"
Abella was seriously injured, and Nicole was no exception. Both were placed on the living room sofa.
Sam, Tony, and Ernest stood by, heartbroken to see their once mighty Abella now like a wounded lamb.
If they could, they wished Abella would always be that fearless lion.
Phillipe didn't know where to start. He wanted to wipe the rain off Abella's face but found her pale, her arms covered in bruises and knife cuts.
With her skills, how could she be easily injured? Moreover, there were bullet grazes.
Just a glance could imagine how intense the battle was.
"Where exactly did Raymond take Abella? Why are Abella and Nicole so badly injured?" Winston's voice was hoarse as he looked at Jimmy. "Where's the doctor? When will they arrive!"
"They're coming, almost here!"
Various doctors in the castle were conducting experiments. Hearing that Abella and Nicole were injured, they all dropped their experiments and ran over.
Phillipe first disinfected Abella's wounds. His voice was hoarse and filled with pain. "Abella."
He thought, 'There are so many wounds; it must hurt a lot.'
"Abella." Phillipe was extremely distressed. "You did it; you finally brought her back."
She brought Nicole to Winston.
It fulfilled Winston's dream.
It was clear that Abella and Nicole had fought their way back.
They wondered who injured them so badly.
"Ms. Medici, where's Ms. Medici!!"
Seven or eight doctors rushed in, out of breath, and were stunned to see the girl on the sofa.
This was their boss!
The invincible, all-powerful Abella!
They couldn't believe anyone could injure Abella like this.
"Let me check Ms. Medici first."
"I'll do it! I want to check Ms. Medici!"
"I was here first! Didn't you see my left foot came in first?"
Several people scrambled to treat Abella, while the rest could only attend to Nicole.
"Strange."
When Miller saw the bruises on Abella's arm, he was stunned.
"Ms. Medici's injuries look like they were caused by an eight-hundred-pound fat guy."
"What kind of comparison is that? Ms. Medici's injuries clearly show that the opponent used a lot of force."
"Ridiculously strong."
"What kind of person has such strength?"
In Triangle City, were there such fat people? They had no impression of any.
Another doctor diagnosed Abella. "They're all flesh wounds, fortunately not life-threatening. I'll clean the wounds first."
"I'll apply the medicine."
"I'll bandage."
"Ms. Medici is clearly exhausted. Did she fight dozens of fat guys alone?"
"One fat guy wouldn't be a match for her."
"In a place like Triangle City, can they raise so many fat guys?"
"If it were just one, Ms. Medici wouldn't be this injured. Look at each bruise caused by great force and this knife wound; it's much deeper than usual, almost to the bone. This means the opponent was very strong and very fast."
Someone asked, "Is there anyone faster than Ms. Medici?"
Everyone looked at Phillipe.
Among those present, only Phillipe had more strength and speed than Abella.
But it clearly wasn't him!
They looked at him because, besides Phillipe, they didn't know who else could be stronger than Abella in this world.
"Anyway, the opponent must be a fat guy."
Sam was already impatient. "Can you guys stop arguing? Ms. Medici is going deaf from your noise. Can you let her rest properly!"
At this moment, Miller's hand shook, spilling more powder. Abella's eyelashes fluttered, and she slowly opened her eyes.
"Abella!!"
Phillipe was the first to notice she was awake and quickly approached, asking, "Are you okay? Where does it hurt? You silly girl, you finally woke up."
"Ms. Medici! Ms. Medici is awake!"
"Doctor Miller, did you use too much force and wake Ms. Medici from the pain!"
"Can you be more gentle?"
Miller was also frustrated. He had been very gentle, but seeing Abella awake, he was still very happy and excitedly shouted, "Ms. Medici!"
In a daze, Abella saw Phillipe's face in front of her. She gently gripped Phillipe's hand. "Head..."
Phillipe quickly bent down and asked, "Headache? Uncomfortable? Is it injured?"
Abella had no strength to speak anymore and slowly closed her eyes.
"Ms. Medici? Ms. Medici!"
"Abella!!" Phillipe was equally anxious, not knowing what was wrong. He quickly said, "Check her quickly!"
