Chapter 302 Kneel Down and Repent
How could this have happened?
How could Grandma leave so suddenly!
With her passing, Abella now inherits everything she left behind.
The Wilson family’s future seems bleak now.
Mr. Wilson was in excruciating pain, oblivious to Abella’s gradual approach onto the stage where she aimed a swift kick at Mrs. Wilson’s knees.
Before Mrs. Wilson could react, both of her legs gave out, and she ended up kneeling right in front of Grandma's funeral photo.
Abella grabbed her hair and forced her to bow ten times, so quickly that it was jaw-dropping.
Mrs. Wilson's forehead bled from the repeated knocks, and she shouted, "You wicked girl! How dare you..."
Just a teenager yet dared to treat her like this!
Abella shoved her down to the ground and had no interest of listening to her protests. She stepped on Mrs. Wilson's back, coldly looking at Mrs. Hamilton. "Get out of the way."
Mrs. Hamilton, sitting on Isla, was taken aback by Abella's sudden dominance. Instinctively , she moved out of the way.
She must be here to hold Isla accountable.
Thinking this, Mrs. Hamilton took a few more steps to the side, afraid of being involved.
"Sister..."
"Say one more word, and I'll cut off your tongue and feed it to the dogs."
Isla couldn’t be oblivious to the truth. It was her mother who killed Grandma, and Abella was here for their family’s reckoning.
In the entire venue, there were over six hundred pairs of eyes, watching this scene unfold in pure shock.
She looked at her and thought to herself, "She dares to cause a scene here? She will definitely end up at the police station!"
With this thought in mind, she feigned innocence and said, "I just wanted to remind you with so many people watching, you should release my mother, or else..."
From the side, Abella snatched the microphone from the host's hand and smashed it onto Isla's mouth.
Isla was struck in the mouth, the pain causing her cover it with both hands, blood trickling from her lips.
Abella had crossed the line with her actions!
Remy, who was standing beside them, was shocked by Abella's cruelty and couldn't say a word. He had never anticipated such audacity from this girl.
Abella coldly looked at Isla and said, "I have no patience left. Kneel down and apologize to Grandma!"
"Abella, you insolent girl..." Mrs. Wilson, who was stepped on the ground, hadn't finished her sentence when Abella stomped on her again, causing her spine to nearly break from the pain.
"Abella, stop this nonsense..." Mr. Wilson, although he knew Mrs. Wilson was at fault in this matter, said, "Let me put it this way, Grandma is a member of the Wilson family. Even if she deserves to be punished, it should be done by someone from the Wilson family. You are not the one to do it!"
"Who said my fiancée is unfit ?" A cold voice from below the stage startled everyone.
Everyone was surprised to find that the person speaking was Phillipe.
His icy gaze exuded a menacing aura as he continued, "She is Grandma Wilson’s acknowledged granddaughter and the sole heir of the Wilson family inheritance! She is more entitled than all of you to stand here and demand justice for Grandma!"
"Phillipe..." Mr. Wilson didn't expect Abella to bring Phillipe along, and he felt a mixture of anxiety and angry.
"I challenge anyone to intervene." Phillipe scanned the whole audience, and immediately silence fell. Those who were planning to capture this scene on their phones quickly put them away upon hearing his words.
Phillipe was someone they couldn't afford to provoke!
The Wilson family was responsible for Grandma's death, and now her long-lost granddaughter has come seeking justice. Which was entirely justified.
The crux of the matter lay in Isla’s lack of self-discipline, which brought shame the Johnson family. Some took pleasure in the opportunity to confront her family.
"It seems like your hearing is not very good. You didn't hear a single word from my fiancée." Phillipe coldly addressed to the people behind him, "Go help your lady."
This hotel belonged to Phillipe, so when he spoke, several waiters promptly took the stage.
Abella coldly spoke up, "Make them kneel down and apologize properly."
Two waiters held Mr. Wilson, two others restrained Isla, and another two held Mrs. Wilson, forcing them to kneel down and bow to Grandma's photo.
"Let go... Let go…Let me go!" Mrs. Wilson struggled but was held down once more.
Her forehead was already scratched, and now it was even worse?
"Abella, I just learned about this from the video." Mr. Wilson's head was forcibly held down, repeatedly hitting, and he could only explain intermittently, "Skylar made a mistake, but the most important thing now is to let your grandmother rest in peace. We can discuss other matters later, okay."
Abella remained silent, and the servants dared not stop and continued to make them bow and knock their heads.
The screen's light cast Abella in an imposing regal light, and everyone knew better than to challenge her, especially considering she was Philippe's acknowledged fiancée.
"Abella, are you listening to me?"
As soon as Mr. Wilson finished speaking, Abella signaled to a nearby servant with her eyes, "Silence him."
"Understood!"
The nearby servant stuffed a handkerchief from Mr. Wilson's chest pocket into his mouth, finally silencing him.
"Make them acknowledge their mistake through the bows."
Another servant brought over a chair, and Abella sat down arrogantly, crossing her legs.
No one in the Johnson family expected that the once docile and obedient girl would now radiate such a commanding presence, leaving everyone in awe.
Her presence was truly formidable.
Isla's forehead was bleeding, feeling dizzy she said, "I…I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have bothered grandma while she was recovering. But her death, we really didn't expect it."
Although she secretly wished for the old lady to pass away quickly, at least she should've given her the inheritance before dying!
Mrs. Wilson couldn't bear it any longer, feeling like her head was about to explode, "Abella, please stop them."
She could tolerate it herself, but Isla couldn't. Isla had just been injured.
A servant brought a freshly brewed cup of tea and handed it to Abella. Abella nonchalantly took a sip and splashed it towards them, saying, "It's a little hot."
"You..." Mrs. Wilson didn't expect this girl to dare to splash them.
"Brew another bucket."
As soon as the servant heard this request, not a cup but a bucket, did that mean... his gaze shifted to the three figures on the ground, understanding.
"Abella, how dare you." Mrs. Wilson didn't expect this girl to become so audacious ever since she getting involved with Philippe! She also didn't expect that no one in the entire room really cared about the well-being of the Wilson family. No one stood up to speak on their behalf!
This had gone too far!
"If brewing tea is too troublesome, sulfuric acid works too."
Upon hearing Abella's words, Mrs. Wilson's expression changed, "What, what do you want to do.? Let's talk things out."
Mr. Wilson wanted to say something, but his mouth was already stuffed, and Isla was scared. She whispered to Mrs. Wilson while kowtowing, "Mom, Abella is furious. She can do anything. Let's just apologize to Grandma. All she wants is a simple apology!"
