Chapter 942 Buy Something for Phillipe

"How about it, Abella? See anything you like?" Dennis asked, watching her closely. "Should I just buy them all, and you can decide at home?"

"No, that's okay," Abella replied, not finding anything that really stood out to her.

Dennis glanced at Phillipe, who immediately chimed in, "I think this one is nice."

He pointed to a beautiful pink gemstone necklace. Dennis quickly agreed, "Yeah, I think so too. Right, Louie?"

"Absolutely! Ms. Medici looks good in anything! We should just buy them all. It's normal for girls to have lots of jewelry."

Dennis, who wasn't short on money, really wanted to get something special for Abella.

"Alright, everyone, wrap them all up." Dennis started to say.

"Dennis," Abella interrupted, "I already have plenty of jewelry. Dad and Mom and other brothers have bought me so much..."

She really didn't want Dennis to waste his money on these things.

"That's their way of showing they care. How can I not show mine? Or do you just not like these styles?" Dennis turned to the store manager.

The manager quickly asked them to wait a moment and brought out a set of precious diamonds that had been locked in the safe for ten years, too expensive for anyone to buy.

The set included a teardrop diamond necklace, earrings, a bracelet, and a stunning ring.

Even the employees who had worked there for six or seven years had never seen such a beautiful diamond set.

They couldn't believe their store had something even more stunning, more beautiful, and more valuable than the previous jewelry.

"Not bad," Dennis and Phillipe said in unison, surprised they had spoken the same words.

"Help Abella try it on," Dennis said, knowing it wasn't appropriate for him to do it himself. This was Phillipe's job, and he was lucky to have it.

Given that Phillipe had just helped him out, Dennis didn't hold as much of a grudge against him.

Phillipe helped Abella put on the jewelry, and the store manager and employees gasped.

"It's stunning. This set looks like it was made for Ms. Medici. It's perfect, so beautiful!"

Abella's beauty wasn't overshadowed by the diamonds; instead, they complemented each other, making her look even more elegant and radiant.

"This set is perfect. I have to buy it," Dennis thought it looked amazing. It was the first time he had seen a girl wear jewelry so stunningly.

"Ms. Medici, this diamond set is truly unique. There's no other like it in the world. It was the last masterpiece by our former designer before he left. It's been in the safe for ten years because no one could afford it."

Abella guessed it must be very expensive, probably three or four million dollars.

"No, I don't like it," She said quickly.

Dennis figured Abella thought it was too expensive and didn't want to buy it. He looked at the store manager.

The manager quickly changed his tune, "But for the Medici family and the Bourbon family, this is nothing. Ms. Medici, you should take it. It suits your noble status perfectly."

"No, please take it off," Abella insisted, not wanting Dennis to spend the money.

While Phillipe was removing the jewelry, Dennis quickly swiped his card and handed the gift box to Abella.

"I appreciate that you care about my spending, but I really want to buy you nice things. Besides, this isn't expensive at all, much cheaper than that island!"

Abella couldn't help but laugh when he mentioned the island.

"Dennis already bought it, so just accept it," Phillipe added.

Seeing that Dennis had already paid, Abella didn't refuse any longer. She took the box and said, "Thank you, Dennis."

She knew this set must have cost more than several islands.

"No need to thank me." Dennis patted her head, feeling unexpectedly happy about buying something for Abella.

He decided he would buy her more things in the future to share this happiness.

"I'll carry it for you," Phillipe said, taking the gift box from Abella.

The store manager and employees were green with envy.

"Ms. Medici, you're so lucky. Mr. Medici buys you things, and Mr. Bourbon carries them for you."

"Mr. Medici really spoils you. We don't have brothers like that."

"We're so jealous of you. With Mr. Medici and Mr. Bourbon by your side, your life must be perfect and happy."

"If people saw this, they'd be so envious."

"Have a great day and come back soon," The store manager and employees said, bowing as they escorted them to the door.

Dennis was in a great mood. He realized how much he enjoyed spending time with Abella. He finally understood why the others always rushed home to be with her.

Being with Abella was so much more pleasant than being with Lola.

Thinking of the others at home, Dennis took out his phone and texted them, asking if they all knew Phillipe was Abella's boyfriend.

He wondered if he was the only one left in the dark.

Steven: [What else did you think?]

Ethan: [Our families have an arrangement. Who else but Phillipe is good enough for Abella?]

Winston: [Do I really need to tell you? Just watch how Abella and Phillipe interact. And be nice to Phillipe; Abella is very protective of him.]

Dennis thought, 'Oh no, I have almost hit Phillipe earlier. Will Abella think badly of me?'

Blake: [Honestly, no one else is good enough for Abella but Phillipe. Even though I hate to see her with someone so soon, Phillipe is perfect for her.]

That was why he trusted Phillipe with Abella.

Dennis was surprised at how highly they all thought of Phillipe. He saw Phillipe walking beside Abella, holding her coat just like he was.

Clearing his throat, Dennis casually asked, "Should I buy something for Phillipe too?"

Abella and Phillipe were both surprised. What was Dennis up to?

"Let's go to this store!" Dennis walked into a clothing store and asked the salesperson, "Where's the men's section?"

Buying Phillipe some clothes might make Abella happy and smooth over any awkwardness from earlier.

"Mr. Medici? Mr. Bourbon? Ms. Medici?" The salesperson, recognizing Abella, quickly spoke into her headset, "Ms. Medici is here, everyone come out to greet her!"
