Chapter 453 Winston's Confrontation

Abella took it and said, "Thanks, Winston."

"Are you thirsty or hungry? Besides candy, what else do you want to eat? I have everything in my bag." Winston looked ready to serve.

"You can give me back that bottle of lemonade water."

"You mean this?" Winston glanced at the bottle in his hand and asked reluctantly, "Is this sour water really tasty?"

"It's delicious."

"In that case, I'll buy more for you next time."

Phillipe wondered, 'Can't she drink it at room temperature?'

"No need," Abella replied gently. "There's plenty of it at Phillipe's place."

"We don't fancy his stuff," Winston said.

Abella and Phillipe exchanged a glance, finding Winston incredibly adorable.

On the way to the cinema, Winston positioned himself in front, his handsome face blocking the view between the two.

"I'm on vacation recently, so if there's anywhere you want to go or anything you want to do, just let me know," Winston said.

"Sure," Abella replied with a smile.

"No need to be polite with me; we're family," Winston added. Then he glanced at Phillipe, who was driving, thinking he was only slightly more handsome. What's so special about him?

When they arrived at the cinema's parking lot, Winston quickly unbuckled Abella's seatbelt and opened the car door for her before Phillipe got out, even protecting her head with his hand.

"Take it slow, Abella. Be careful," he said.

Just as Abella stepped out of the car and before Phillipe could hold her hand, Winston switched places with her. He walked in the middle, intentionally keeping them apart, and held onto the hem of Abella's clothes.

"The mall is huge. Follow me so you won't get lost," he said.

Phillipe was speechless.

At the cinema, while Phillipe went to get the tickets, Winston asked Abella what she wanted to eat. Seeing that Abella wasn't picky, he bought a little bit of everything sold at the cinema.

"I've bought everything. Take your pick later. Here, hold onto my clothes and follow me," Winston said, carrying all the items and unable to hold onto the hem of her clothes.

The cinema was packed that day. After Phillipe returned with the tickets, he said to Winston, "We couldn't get seats together. Winston, you'll have to sit in the last row."

Upon hearing this, Winston couldn't accept it! He handed all the items to Phillipe and went to the cinema's front desk. It turned out there was only one seat left. Winston then approached a couple sitting near Abella and said something. Surprisingly, the couple gave their tickets to Winston!

Winston finally got to sit next to his sister as he wished, teasing Phillipe with a raised eyebrow.

Phillipe was speechless.

As the movie finally began, Winston took a sip of his drink and then put on disposable gloves. He picked up some popcorn and offered it to Abella.

"Winston, I can eat on my own."

Being fed by Winston at her age made Abella feel a bit embarrassed.

Perhaps sensing this, Winston then took out another pair of disposable gloves and put them on Abella. He would hand her popcorn, then mini hotdogs, alternating between the two. He even took out his phone, selected an angle, and took a photo of just the two of them, sending it to his other friends one by one.

He added the same caption each time.

Winston: [Watching a movie alone with Abella! She's so obedient and adorable, calling me brother.]

Steven: [Impossible, Abella doesn't seem like someone who would act so adorable.]

Ethan: [Philippe is right there, I can see his hand.]

Blake: [Winston, you're shameless. Philippe Bourbon is clearly next to you, yet you say you're alone. I knew Abella wouldn't watch a movie with you alone. You have no shame!]

Winston, feeling confused, wondered how they knew Philippe was there. Did something in the photo give it away?

With that thought, he zoomed in on the picture and suddenly noticed Philippe's hand resting on Abella's shoulder!

During the photo, there was an extra male hand on his sister's shoulder, wearing a ring identical to hers!

Winston immediately grabbed Philippe's hand. "You're making Abella uncomfortable by pressing on her shoulder."

"There will be scary scenes later, and I want to protect her."

"No need for your protection. I'll take care of my sister myself."

Abella couldn't help but chuckle. "Winston, you're overreacting."

"Really?" Winston, feeling rejected by Abella, silently handed something to his sister. At the same time, he noticed that Philippe's hand was once again holding Abella's hand!

It seemed that Winston couldn't tolerate such a situation. So, he came up with another idea. "Abella, let me warm your hands with this." He took out a hand warmer from his bag.

"No need, my hands are enough to keep her warm."

"Can your hands really compare to a hand warmer?" Winston insisted and placed the hand warmer in his sister's hand, giving a challenging look to Philippe.

Winston thought, 'Let's see where you put your hands now!'

Philippe smiled and asked the girl beside him, "Is the popcorn delicious?"

"It's okay."

"Let me try."

Abella took a piece of popcorn and handed it to him.

This intimate gesture pierced Winston's eyes. Unable to hold back, he said, "I want to taste the popcorn too!"

"Don't you have some in your hand?" Abella glanced at his left hand, which was also holding a portion of popcorn.

Winston put it down directly. "Mine doesn't taste good. Let me try yours."

While Abella found him childish, she handed another piece to him. This time, when Winston tasted the popcorn fed by Abella, it was incredibly sweet.

He looked at Philippe triumphantly, with a hint of provocation in his eyes.

Philippe picked up the drink that Abella had taken a sip from and drank directly.

This action stirred Winston's emotions to the extreme. "Don't you have your own drink? Why are you drinking Abella's?"

"Abella's drink is better."

"But you can't do that. It might have bacteria!"

"I don't mind," Philippe Bourbon replied calmly.

"I do!" Winston immediately got a new cup for Abella. "This is Abella's. Don't drink from it without her permission."

"Abella, it seems like Winston doesn't like me."

Perhaps not expecting Philippe to be so artificial and insincere, Winston was at a loss for words.

"Winston." Abella glanced at Winston, and he immediately backed down. "I'm watching the movie."

He didn't expect this guy to be insincere in his speech as well.

How could he entrust Abella's future happiness to such a person!

With that thought, Winston looked up at the big screen again. The couple inside the movie theater was also watching a movie, but they were watching a horror film.

In the horror movie, the male protagonist was sweeping the floor. When he reached under the sofa, the broom suddenly couldn't move. He looked down and saw a woman with a face full of blood lying under the sofa. She was holding the broom and smiling at the male protagonist.

Winston was startled by the scene.
