Chapter 585 Spoiled a Bit Too Much

"If she really becomes your aunt, who knows how much she'll blow in the future."

"She's so lucky to catch your uncle's eye."

"Lola, what does your uncle see in her? I'm curious about what rich guys like. I want to learn too."

Lola wasn't listening to her roommate anymore.

She remembered tomorrow was Christmas Eve and the day after was Christmas, but she still hadn't gotten a gift from James.

James used to send her gifts early, always two of them.

But this year, he had time to take Abella shopping and forgot about her!

James was too much!

Meanwhile, James had bought Abella hundreds of clothes, bags, and shoes, and it still wasn't enough. It was already midnight.

The mall usually closed at 10 PM, but because of James, no store closed early. They all hoped he'd shop there.

All the staff stood at the entrance, lined up, smiling, hoping James and his group would come in.

"Uncle James, it's midnight," Abella said, looking sleepy. "I'm tired."

Kimberly yawned. "I can't do this anymore, let's go back."

"James, I know you spoil Abella, but it's late. Let's call it a night," Beckett said.

Seeing they were tired, James whispered to the mall manager, "Have the remaining stores send their latest collections to my place. I'll choose tomorrow."

Abella was silent.

Kimberly was silent.

Beckett was silent.

Wasn't this a bit much?

"Yes, Mr. Harris," the mall manager bowed and agreed.

James told his bodyguard, "Get the masseuse over."

Tonight, he wanted to make sure Beckett's family relaxed.

Back home, Beckett, Kimberly, and Abella soaked in different hot spring pools, with professional masseuses helping them relax.

Meanwhile, James was still on the phone. "Spread the word, now and in the future, any mall under our group will always welcome QY. From now on, QY's rent is waived. The best spot in the mall is theirs."

The person on the other end was stunned. After a moment, they asked, "Mr. Harris, how long will the rent be free?"

"Until the group goes bankrupt and liquidates."

The person on the other end was stunned again. With the group's growth, it wouldn't go bankrupt even in five hundred years.

What did QY do to earn such favor from James?

At the Bourbon Group, Phillipe checked the time; he hadn't seen Abella for two days. He pressed the intercom and called Gabriel in. "Our group has a project in Sunhavenia. Have the person in charge hand it over to me. I'll handle it personally."

Gabriel was stunned. "Mr. Bourbon, this is just a very small project."

Gabriel was confused. 'Normally, Mr. Bourbon wouldn't even notice it! But now, is he really free?'

Wait, he suddenly remembered Abella had gone to Sunhavenia a few days ago. 'Is she still there? Is that why Mr. Bourbon wants to go?'

"But Mr. Bourbon, didn't Ms. Medici tell you not to follow her before she left?" Gabriel said.

Gabriel, who was driving at the time, had heard their conversation clearly.

Phillipe kept a straight face. "I'm not going to find her. I just don't trust anyone else with this project."

Gabriel thought, 'Mr. Bourbon, do you think Abella will buy that? If you want to see her, just say so. It's not like I don't know you.'

"Yes, I'll have the person in charge hand over the project right away," Gabriel said, then suddenly remembered something and stopped, grinning. "Mr. Bourbon, tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and the day after is Christmas. My vacation..."

"Why does a single person need a vacation?" Phillipe said.

Gabriel was speechless and almost in tears. 'Every time Mr. Bourbon goes on a date or celebrates a holiday, he dumps all the work on me. No, I can't be a pushover anymore! I have to let him know I have opinions!'

"What? Do you have an opinion?" Phillipe's gaze fell on him.

Gabriel smiled. "No, thank you, Mr. Bourbon, for giving me another opportunity to grow. I'm so happy."

"Since work makes you happy, you can handle both Christmas Eve and Christmas work," Phillipe added.

Gabriel almost cried. "Don't worry, Mr. Bourbon, I'll complete it with all my heart."

"Go on."

Gabriel left the office.

Early the next morning, Abella woke up to find it snowing outside. Snowflakes were falling gently, making everything look crystal clear and clean.

After washing up and going downstairs, Abella noticed the house had changed a lot. It was decorated warmly and romantically, full of holiday spirit.

Every servant who saw her smiled and said, "Merry Christmas Eve."

Abella wished them the same.

"Ms. Medici, you're up so early?" The house was warm, and Aimee, dressed lightly, ran towards her.

"They're not up yet. Mr. Harris said if you wake up first, you should have breakfast first. I'll take you there."

"You're up early too?"

"Mr. Harris has plans today, so everyone has to prepare early." Aimee didn't reveal what the plans were, wanting to surprise Abella.

After breakfast, Abella followed Aimee to the wine cellar to choose the wine for tonight.

When she toured James' house yesterday, Abella hadn't been to this place. Now, as she walked in, her eyes were drawn to the wine on the shelves.

"Mr. Harris loves wine and owns several wine cellars. This one holds his favorites. Every bottle on the shelf is numbered. Ms. Medici, which one would you like to drink tonight?" Aimee asked.

Each wine cellar had a central air conditioning system to control the temperature and humidity. The lighting was strictly controlled, and every bottle of wine was wrapped in paper and neatly placed on the shelves.

When Abella arrived, there were security guards patrolling, fire extinguishers everywhere, smoke detectors, surveillance cameras, and more, showing how much James valued these wines.
