Chapter 306 Expelling Her
"Those are your parents; what's it got to do with me?" Abella casually glanced at Davis, then looked at Isla, as if calculating her next move.
Isla, through her eyes, warned Davis, as if saying: "Dare to switch allegiance and see what happens?"
"Stay and your salary double,." Abeela declared.
With just one sentence from Abella, Davis immediately switched sides, “I’m willing to stay and work for Miss Medici.”
“Good, you turncoat”…" Isla didn’t expect Davis to change his tune so quickly. Just a moment ago, he had been respectful to her, but in the blink of an eye, he transformed.“
"Expel her and everything related to her. Replace all the things used by her in this office with new ones." Abella ordered.
"Yes, Miss Medici." After Davis finished speaking, he politely turned to Isla and said, "Miss Wilson, please leave with your luggage."
"Davis, you've gone too far!" Isla clenched her teeth and shot David a furious look, "When my father was in power, he always rewarded you generously!"
"But he also scolded and hit me regularly." Davis smiled, rolling up his sleeves, revealing arms covered in bruises. "During this difficult period, he took out his frustrations on me. If it weren't for my mortgage and car loan, and the fact that I have a wife and children to support, I would have quit a long time ago."
For Davis, having a new owner now is actually a good thing, especially since his salary doubles.
"You, you..."
"This way, please." Davis gestured for her to leave.
Isla was infuriated and glared at Abella, "Don't celebrate too soon!"
Upon hearing this, Abella raised an eyebrow and said, "Davis, when she leaves my office, make sure to check if she took anything without permission before letting her go."
"You..." Isla never expected Abella to turn this ruthless and treat her like this.
"Yes!"
Davis motioned for Ilsa to follow him to the next office, 'Miss Wilson, please come next door to cooperate.'"
"What for? You want to search me? Let me remind you, that's illegal!"
"I will call the authorities to conduct a search,” Davis stated.
Sitting on the sofa, Abella added, neither light nor heavy, "I suspect that she may have hidden company secrets in the things she brought. Let the law enforcement officers examine them."
"You..." Isla never expected Abella to be so bold and ruthless.
In the end, Isla was searched by the law enforcement officers, her luggage was turned upside down, and then both she and her belongings were thrown outside the company.
Meanwhile, Abella held a meeting, reaffirmed her position, announced the company's future direction and salary packages, and fired a few employees of Mr. Wilson before leaving the company.
Inside the office.
Mrs. Wilson cried uncontrollably, sometimes claiming innocence, other times blaming Abella for all of this. She kept talking, her mouth getting dry, but no one paid her any attention.
She looked around the cramped office, empty and devoid of everything, only the ceiling lamp swinging back and forth, causing an unsettling feeling.
Before long, the door was pushed open.
Mrs. Wilson thought it was the lawyer Isla had hired for her. She was about to get excited but was taken aback to see Abella walking in with two henchmen.
Seeing Abella, she was instantly terrified. She tried to step back, but the two henchmen held her in front of Abella.
"What... What do you want to do? This is the police station! If you dare to cause trouble here..."
Abella seized Mrs. Wilson's hair, just like she had grabbed Grandma's hair back then, only with greater force.
“Back then, you were the one who slapped Grandma like this!”
As Abella pulled her hair, her other hand delivered a harsh slap to Mrs. Wilson forcefully pushing her away.
Mrs. Wilson's body hit the wall, and she was in excruciating pain.
Back then, she had slapped Grandma like this, pushing her and causing Grandma's back to hit the bedside.
Mrs. Wilson never expected Abella to recreate this chilling "crime scene" today. Terrified, she was about to call for help, "Come, someone..."
With a signal from Abella, one of the henchmen immediately covered Mrs. Wilson's mouth and nose. Just like how Mrs. Wilson had covered Grandma's mouth and nose back then.
Mrs. Wilson struggled and gasped for air desperately, but she couldn't overcome the man’s strength.
"How does it feel to suffocate like this?" Abella asked coldly.
Mrs. Wilson never thought this girl could be so cruel, utterly lacking in humanity!
"Take a moment to experience the feeling Grandma had before she left."
Leaning against the bed, Abella watched as Mrs. Wilson almost suffocated.
Exhausted, she was briefly released by her subordinates. Just as she caught her breath, her mouth was covered once more.
Mrs. Wilson grasped her hands, wanting to call for help, but Abella took out her phone and waved it in her hand. "Want it?"
Desperation welled within Mrs. Wilson as she saw the phone in her hand and desperately wanted to snatch it, but Abella's two henchmen wouldn't let her succeed so easily.
Abella coldly stared at her. "Want it? I won't give it to you."
After being subjected to this torment for a while, Mrs. Wilson collapsed to the ground, struggling to breathe as her brain was deprived of oxygen.
She wanted to call for help, but her throat couldn't produce a sound. In a daze, she recalled Grandma's suffocating state. At that time, Grandma must have felt both anger and hopeless.
"Admit to all your crimes, reflect on them in prison, and hope for a netter existence in your next life, not some worthless creature like a pig or a dog,” Abella declared.
As Abella finished speaking and, seeing no response from her, she raised her voice coldly. "Can't hear? Are you deaf?"
Mrs. Wilson instinctively covered her ears, fearing that Abella would twist her ears like she did to Grandma's.
Abella noticed her quick response. "Do you think you can escape?"
"Abella, what are you planning?!" Mrs. Wilson rasped out.
"My grandmother endured countless slaps and sufferings, had her ears twisted for such a long time and I want you to repay them twice over!"
"At the very least, I am your mother! If you treat your former parents like this, you'll be struck by lightning!"
"Struck by lightning? You'll be the first." Abella scoffed, speaking coldly and raising her eyebrows, "Even now, you still want to play the emotional card with me?"
"Even if you don't recognize me as your mother, what about Jeff? He's the father you called for eighteen years, Grandma's biological son. If Grandma sees you locking up her own son and wanting to destroy everything in the Wilson family."
"Oh, I forgot to mention." Abella leaned against the wall, looking cold and aloof. "On my way to the engagement banquet, I already found out that Grandma did give birth to a son, but he died shortly after birth. To spare her from sorrow, Grandpa happened to find an abandoned male baby and brought him home to raise."
"What, what are you saying?" Mrs. Wilson couldn't believe it.
"So, even at Grandma's last moment, she didn't know that Mr. Wilson wasn't her biological son. And when Grandpa was alive, although he knew about it, he treated Mr. Wilson as his own son."
