Chapter 485 About to be Revealed

Winston seemed to have found something related to Nicole, and his heart raced with excitement.
Suddenly, Abella remembered something. "Winston, did Nicole also give you a talisman?"
As soon as Winston heard this, he realized. "Do you think there might be something hidden inside that talisman?"
"It's possible."
Winston immediately took out his wallet and pulled out the red triangle.
He shook it but didn't hear any sound coming from the talisman.
Thinking that there might be clues hidden inside, he still decided to open the talisman layer by layer...
The couple held their breath, watching his every move carefully. Before long, inside the talisman, a small crescent moon appeared.
The crescent moon was about the size of a fingertip, made of platinum, with a strange symbol engraved on it.
"Is this the clue Nicole left for me?"
Winston never expected that Nicole had hidden something relevant inside this talisman a long time ago, and he only discovered it after all this time, thanks to Abella's reminder.
He felt really foolish!
"What does this small crescent moon mean, and what is it for?" Diana couldn't figure it out at all. "What message does Nicole want to convey to us?"
Nicole's father also didn't know the purpose of this small item. He held it in his hand and examined it repeatedly. "If Nicole is really involved with some organization, could the symbol on this crescent moon be the emblem of that organization?"
"It's possible," Abella affirmed. "I'll have someone look into it."
She took a photo and sent it to Sam, asking him to identify the symbol as quickly as possible.
"Nicole must have realized that she was in danger a long time ago. She didn't abandon us, nor did she leave Winston. She only resorted to this as a last resort," Diana speculated, tears welling up once again.
"I have a suggestion."
As soon as Abella spoke, everyone turned to look at her, curious about her new idea.
"I suggest we unpack and examine all the items Nicole left behind."
"Are you saying that even things like this scarf need to be opened?" Diana's tears were on the verge of falling, but what could be hidden inside the scarf?
She had washed it many times, so even if there were clues, they would likely have been washed away long ago.
"What if we make a discovery?"
Upon hearing Abella's words, Diana thought it over and ultimately decided to unravel the scarf to see what was inside.
Nicole's father picked up a platinum necklace. "This was the first gift Nicole gave her mother after earning money. It's made of platinum, so there shouldn't be anything suspicious about it."
"Let me have a look." Abella took the heart-shaped platinum necklace, and although it seemed ordinary, she took out a miniature magnifying glass from her bag to see if there was anything written on it.
"Child, are you overthinking this?" Nicole's father couldn't help but say, "How could there be any clues on this?"
"There was news before, but I don't know if you've heard of it. There was a calligrapher who could write 0.1-inch characters with a brush, known in the calligraphy world as 'micro script.'"
As Abella observed, she continued, "Later, another calligrapher wrote even smaller characters, only 0.03 inches in length and width, breaking a world record. Now, even smaller characters have appeared."
Nicole's father was shocked, never expecting such a phenomenon in the world.
Diana felt that after living in the small town for a long time, they were quite ignorant. She never imagined that there were so many talented and extraordinary people in the outside world.
"Winston, there are two strange codes on the heart pendant of this necklace. Take a look," Abella discovered this clue and handed it to Winston, who indeed found them!
"It must have been written with special ink or possibly printed on. I wonder what Nicole is trying to convey to us."
Abella realized that Nicole was quite clever in leaving behind so many clues.
Winston was subtly excited by this discovery. He had originally thought finding Nicole's whereabouts would be a difficult task, but now it seemed that deciphering these items would lead to results quickly!
"Do these codes resemble the symbols that appeared on their phones?" Winston speculated, "Nicole must have sensed danger a long time ago. She probably guessed that something might happen to her, so she left clues for us in advance to investigate."
"I think Nicole may have anticipated danger and left these items behind as evidence with that organization to save your life."
As long as the evidence was in us, we had a right to negotiate with them.
At this moment, Diana, too, unfurled a scarf to reveal a thick strand of yarn within it, within which something seemed to be concealed.
"What is this?" she asked, snatching it open to reveal a small silver key, almost the size of a fingertip. For now, the object's purpose remains ambiguous.
Diana increasingly perceived the complexity of Nicole's involvement in this affair.
"Nicole must be in possession of evidence over that organization, hence the relentless pursuit by those individuals to trace her whereabouts." Abella speculated, "A few months ago, those people came to your house but didn't harm you. It may be because Nicole had these things in her possession. They knew that if something happened to you, Nicole would make things difficult for them."
Upon hearing this, Diana's eyes welled up again. What else was this silly child hiding from them? Was she safe in her current situation?
At that moment, Abella's phone vibrated, and she saw that it was a call from Phillipe.
"I'll take this call."
Abella got up and went to the window.
"Abella," came Phillipe's gentle voice over the phone, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." Abella smiled. "Didn't your men take photos and send them to you?"
Phillipe hadn't expected his men to be so clumsy that even taking a photo could be noticed. So he said, "I have something to tell you."
"Go ahead." Abella glanced back and saw Diana silently wiping away tears while Winston and Nicole's father comforted her.
"Before I tell you, you must promise me that I will be involved in the upcoming activities." Phillipe began to negotiate terms with her.
As soon as Abella heard this, she guessed that he had found an important clue, so she readily agreed, "Okay."
"I found out that the last place Nicole was seen was in Triangle City a month ago."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes." Phillipe naturally guessed what Abella's next move would be. "Take me with you."
Abella hadn't expected Nicole to be in Triangle City, but upon careful consideration, she realized that it was a lawless area that was both dangerous and safe.
"In that case, have your people send Nicole's parents back to the country and find a safe place for them to stay. Tomorrow, go directly to Triangle City, and we'll meet there."
Perhaps not anticipating Abella's swift agreement, Phillipe nodded and said, "Alright, see you tomorrow."
