Chapter 148 Injured Hands
Not knowing if they found her annoying, a few of the hooligans tightly gripped their batons and approached her simultaneously.
"Don't, don't come closer..." The stall owner's wife waved her hands continuously in fear, her whole body trembling.
Abella dealt with several of the hooligans, kicked the wooden sticks on the ground, and kicked one of the sticks onto the head of a hooligan far away.
The other hooligans who were about to trouble the stall owner's wife were also hit in the stomach or head by the seven or eight plates kicked over by Abella.
They became even angrier and directed their anger towards Abella.
"Miss Medici, do you know them?" Abigail, being pulled back and forth by Abella, sometimes saw several sticks falling down, and sometimes saw numerous fists and feet attacking them. She was terrified, what should she do?
These people didn't say a word, they just started fighting.
Abella threw her behind the small stall and pulled the stall owner's wife along, dumping them both behind the stall.
She stood alone in front of the stall, looking at more than twenty hooligans in front of her, her presence cold and intimidating.
"Who sent you here?"
A group of brats daring to act wild in front of her?
Do they not value their lives?
The twenty or so hooligans didn't speak and instead concentrated their strength to deal with her first.
As long as they caught one of them, the other would surely surrender.
"Miss, who are these people?" The stall owner's wife stuck her head out from behind the stall and saw them fighting again. She was frightened and quickly retracted her head, anxiously asking Abigail beside her.
"I don't know either..." Abigail secretly assessed the situation outside. More than twenty hooligans bullying Miss Medici alone, they couldn't let this go on any longer!
"Call the police."
"Yes, yes, call the police..."
Both of them took out their phones simultaneously, their hands trembling as they were about to dial 911.
Dare to call the police?
A few hooligans noticed their actions, smashed their phones to the ground, and overturned the small stall. The stall pressed down on them, causing Abigail and the stall owner's wife to be in excruciating pain with their vision turning black.
Several hooligans intentionally stepped on the small stall, applying force.
Abigail and the stall owner's wife were both half of their bodies stuck under the stall, in excruciating pain...
Seeing that they didn't have the strength to climb out, one of the hooligans lifted a baton and heavily struck Abigail. Abigail blocked with both her hands, and it was so painful...
"Miss, are you okay?" The shop owner was very worried.
Another thug was about to attack her, swinging his club.
Abella turned around and noticed the danger they were in. She quickly dealt with the few thugs in front of her and rushed over.
Another thug pulled out a knife and aimed it at Abigail.
His orders were to seriously injure both of them.
Abella swiftly took his knife and, with her peripheral vision, noticed several clubs coming towards her from the right. She raised her hand to block them, quickly knocking them down, and then lifted the stall to rescue the two.
"Miss Medici, are you alright?" Abigail looked at the dozens of thugs lying on the ground. She didn't have time to marvel at Miss Medici's skill, but instead urgently said, "You're injured..."
It was all because they were trying to save them...
Otherwise, with Miss Medici's skill, how could she possibly be injured?
Abella noticed that she was also injured, her hands swollen like pig trotters.
Just then, a thug suddenly pulled out a knife and threatened the shop owner's neck without warning...
The shop owner was frightened and weak all over.
"What are you doing? Let Auntie Mary go..." Abigail didn't expect them to use the shop owner as a hostage and quickly leave in a car, leaving Auntie Mary behind.
"Auntie Mary, are you okay?" Abigail hurried over, her hands injured and too weak to support her.
But it was Abella who helped the shop owner up and checked her, fortunately there was nothing serious, just some superficial wounds.
"Go quickly, I'm afraid they'll bring reinforcements." Auntie Mary tried to stand up several times, but she didn't have the strength and felt dizzy.
Abella took out a stack of money from her bag, "For tonight's losses."
"No, no, no, that can't be..." The shop owner could tell that they were innocent, it was those people who were doing bad things.
"Take it." Abella stuffed the money into her pocket, hailed a cab for her, and only picked up the rabbit bag from the ground after she left.
The rabbit bag was dirty and the contents inside were also dirty...
A hint of displeasure flickered in her eyes. If she found out who did it, she would not let them off easily!
"Miss Medici, let me take you to the hospital," Abigail was so desperate that she was on the verge of tears. She blamed herself. If it wasn't for her suggestion to eat barbecue, they wouldn't have been surrounded.
This place was relatively remote, with few people passing by, and no surveillance cameras...
"It's just a minor injury, it's nothing serious." Abella picked up her hand and examined it, then checked other areas. "Did you mention you have any medicine at home?"
"Yes, yes, we do!" Abigail hurriedly wiped away her tears.
"Go back and clean it up."
Luckily, it didn't injure any bones.
"Let's go." Abella first escorted Abigail to the entrance of the residential area.
"Miss Medici, who are they exactly? And your hand..."
"It's fine, it'll be better tomorrow."
As for who they were, Abella didn't recognize them. She only knew that they had a clear target tonight.
Just for the two of them.
The hostess is innocently involved...
"Miss Medici..."
"Don't overthink it. We have a competition tomorrow, so rest well tonight," Abella said a few comforting words and watched her enter the community before taking a taxi back to Long Island Manor.
Steven went to bed on time as usual, turning off the lights.
Abella took a shower, opened a drawer, and searched through her bottles and jars. She found the potion she wanted, wiped the wound with a cotton swab, and then crushed a small pill with her fist.
She applied it to her right wrist, skillfully wrapping it with gauze, finishing the task.
Taking out her phone, she gave a cold order, "Find the twenty-odd people who caused trouble at the end of Riverside Road tonight."
"Boss, did they provoke you?" Sam on the other end of the phone could tell from Abella's tone that she was not pleased. "Tsk tsk, who dares to attack you, even you?"
Abella looked at the dirtied rabbit bag, her expression even more displeased. "I want to know who is behind this."
"Understood!" Sam immediately went to make arrangements.
Abella cleaned the rabbit cloth bag, wiped the contents inside, luckily there was packaging, so the things inside weren't really dirty.
Although her period hadn't arrived yet, Phillipe's concern warmed her heart.
The next morning.
Abella took off the bandage. Not wanting to attract attention, she finished breakfast and was about to go to the garage to drive.
"Miss Abella, the young master waited for you all night again..." Lauren ran after her, "You... will be coming home tonight?"
"Have dinner at home."
"That's great!" Lauren was instantly overjoyed. As long as Miss Abella came back, there would be no trouble with Miss Lola...
Although she had watched Miss Lola grow up since she was a child, Lauren still preferred Miss Abella from the bottom of her heart...
She always felt that Miss Abella was kinder and easier to get along with.
