Chapter 907 Unexpected

"Thanks a bunch," Bonnie said, taking the teacup and expressing her gratitude repeatedly.

The aroma of the tea hit her nose, and she could tell it was top-notch.

She handed the tea to Kimberly, just like she always did—whenever there was something good, she instinctively offered it to Kimberly first.

Then she picked up another cup for herself.

Kimberly took a sip gracefully and asked with a smile, "How's it taste?"

"Not bad."

"I saved these tea leaves especially for you, knowing you and Caleb love tea."

As soon as Kimberly finished speaking, Beckett chimed in with a grin, "I can vouch for that. Yesterday, I wanted to brew a cup, but she wouldn't let me, saying we should wait until you guys arrived to enjoy it together."

"Hahaha..." Caleb and Bonnie both laughed.

Kimberly added with a smile, "Tea tastes better when shared."

"Absolutely, whatever you say is right," Beckett said, as supportive as ever, making everyone laugh.

After taking a few sips of tea, Bonnie asked calmly, "Where's Lola? Is she still in the other building?"

"Yeah..." Mentioning Lola made Kimberly's smile freeze, replaced by disappointment and sadness.

"Caleb and I came early to show you something," Bonnie said, elegantly setting down her teacup and pulling out a small remote control. It was a gadget from her company that could project images, videos, and surveillance footage onto a blank wall or flat surface with the press of a button.

Projected in front of everyone were dozens of transaction records. Kimberly looked puzzled, not understanding what they meant.

"What is this?" She asked, confused.

"Remember when Lola visited us in Verdania? Did you prepare a lot of gifts for her to bring to us?" Bonnie asked, looking at Kimberly.

Kimberly nodded, still a bit bewildered. "Yeah, did you not get them?"

"On her way to the airport, Lola had Jacob deliver those gifts to Maria, who then sold them in batches. The money went straight into Lola's pocket."

Hearing that, Kimberly and Beckett's eyes widened in disbelief.

They never expected that Lola dared to do that.

"And the gifts she brought us were bought in Verdania using Henry's credit card." Bonnie continued, her gaze shifting to the projection on the wall. "She didn't hesitate to spend someone else's money, buying purses worth tens of thousands of dollars and jewelry worth hundreds of thousands. These are the records of her purchases in Verdania, matching the gifts she gave us."

She pressed the remote again, revealing the second page. "These are the details of Maria's people selling the gifts you prepared for us—the time, place, and amount."

Kimberly and Beckett were stunned, feeling even more disappointed in Lola.

"When Lola went shopping on Riviera Avenue in Verdania, using Henry's card, I happened to be there with Abella. As her aunt, I wanted to buy something for Abella, who had just returned home. But something happened that day."

Bonnie pressed the remote again, showing footage from a clothing store.

"I was picking out clothes when I heard someone deliberately snatching clothes from Abella. Whatever Abella liked, she would grab."

Although the store manager quickly intervened, kicking the woman out and blacklisting her, Bonnie had asked about the woman's identity. The manager didn't know, only that she wore a pink Urban Muse outfit, a white beret, and had curly hair.

"With Easter approaching, I was thinking about what to get Abella. Various brand representatives visited, including the VP of Urban Muse with new products."

Bonnie had been cold towards him, stating she would never collaborate with them again due to the behavior of some of their customers.

"From the VP, I learned that they only provide clothes to a few families domestically. That pink Urban Muse outfit was one of three globally, with two sold abroad and one ordered by Lola. That's how I found out the woman fighting with Abella was Lola."

The footage showed Lola snatching clothes Abella liked, and after being kicked out, she couldn't enter any store on Riviera Avenue due to Bonnie's orders.

She stood outside, yelling about the Medici family, Beckett, and being the richest in Libertya.

Beckett and Kimberly were shocked by her audacity and behavior.

Was this really the Lola they had pampered since childhood?

Was this the seemingly innocent and pitiful Lola?

Bonnie continued, "After shopping, Abella and I went to Skyview Restaurant. I went to the restroom, and Lola, seeing Abella, lied to the manager, claiming she knew her and wanted to say hello."

Bonnie pressed the remote, showing footage of Lola approaching Abella and quickly throwing half a glass of champagne at her.

Abella swiftly blocked it with a napkin, stood up, and splashed red wine on Lola.

"Because the restaurant's cameras had blind spots, we didn't know it was Lola who threw the champagne. This footage was captured accidentally."

The footage ended, not showing Abella pinning Lola down and pouring wine on her.

Beckett was stunned, and Kimberly was trembling with anger. She couldn't believe Lola was so malicious, openly bullying Abella.

If Abella hadn't reacted quickly, she would have been soaked in champagne on a cold day, feeling miserable.

"Lola went too far..." Kimberly said, her voice shaking with anger. "She's simply awful!"

"How could she do this?" Beckett was furious. Without Bonnie showing them this, they would never have known Lola's true nature!
