Chapter 96 Not Dead Yet?
Abella was in the middle of discussing a collaboration with another manager when her phone suddenly vibrated.
Instead of checking her phone immediately, she stood up and shook hands with the other manager. "I wish us a pleasant collaboration in advance."
"Miss Medici is a straightforward person. I believe that our collaboration will be enjoyable," the other manager said with a smile. "As long as the delivery is on time and the quality is good, we will continue to work together."
"Understood." Abella smirked. "We always strive for perfection in our craftsmanship, so you can rest assured."
With that, the other manager left.
Abella watched as the manager got into the car before taking out her phone. She saw that Phillippe had called her twice and returned the call. "What's up?"
"Are you busy?"
"Yes, I just met a potential business partner."
"I want to be by your side..."
Phillippe's voice was filled with deep longing, “This way I can see you more often."
Abella raised her lips slightly, "Don't we spend very little time together?"
"Very little," Phillippe asserted, "Scarcely any, I want to see you every minute and be with you."
Abella walked on the sidewalk, "Alright, I'm going to call a car now, we can talk later?"
"You're alone outside?" Phillippe thought she was with her assistant, "I'll come pick you up, where are you?"
"No need, it's close to the office, I can just take a taxi."
"Let me pick you up, I want to pick you up."
Phillippe had already left the office, and John saw him hurry away, concerned that something had happened!
Abella reluctantly sent him her location, then stood on the roadside waiting.
This street didn't have many shops, except for the café close by, several consecutive shops were all empty, and behind her was a patch of weeds, looking desolate.
At this moment, she took out her phone and was dealing with personal matters. Before long, three cars stopped in front of her.
She raised her lazy gaze and saw Blair, who had been beaten into a pig's head, getting out of the car. At the same time, she also brought her younger brother Eliot, and more than a dozen thugs.
"It's her!"
Blair had originally wanted to go to the mountains to settle the score with Abigail and Ashley, but unexpectedly, she saw the lone Abella on the road first!
It was as if heaven was helping her too!
"This bitch slapped me a few times first, and even kicked me!" Blair complained to her brother.
A gust of wind blew, causing Abella's long hair to flutter. Her fresh and ethereal face completely stunned Eliot.
Beautiful!
Too beautiful!!
"Eliot, what are you spacing out for! Wouldn't you avenge your sister?!" Blair's face was too swollen. She couldn't even cover it with one hand. In her anger, she pushed Eliot's shoulder.
Although Eliot had seen many pretty girls, a girl with Abella's temperament was a first!
He put his hands in his pockets and walked to Abella's side, thinking he looked cool, "It was you who beat up my sister like this?"
Abella casually raised an eyebrow, as if she didn't care about them at all.
Did these dozen thugs, along with this inexperienced brat, not take her seriously?!
"If you're smart, kneel down for me and kowtow ten times..." Blair thought she had her brother's support, and arrogantly approached Abella.
Abella examined the pig's head in front of her, disdainfully saying, "Are you not dead yet?
Already wanting someone to pay respects? The coffin hasn't even been laid out, and you're acting like an ancestor?"
"You, you..." Blair was so angry she couldn't argue back, her expression distorted in fury.
"A sharp tongue," Eliot was quite interested, "If you don't want to kneel... that's fine too, as long as you accompany me and make me happy, we can turn the page on what my sister did."
"Eliot, what are you saying! I told you to teach her a lesson..."
Blair didn't want to move on so quickly, she didn't even get the chance to teach Abella a lesson.
Abella raised an eyebrow, looking at Eliot, "Here? I don't think so."
She knew there were several surveillance cameras nearby that would leave evidence.
"If you're shy, we can go over there..." Eliot thought she agreed and looked towards the patch of weeds behind Abella.
"Fine." Abella took the lead and walked towards the weeds, Eliot followed, unsure if the dozen henchmen should go with them or not, all looking at Blair.
Several question marks popped up in Blair's mind.
Isn't this girl supposed to be good at fighting? How did she back down so quickly?
Is she scared of how powerful these henchmen are, or is she trying to seduce her brother?
She can't possibly think that she has the looks to get with Parsons, right?!
Hah, what a delusion!
Girls like her are only fit for her brother to play around with!!
Abella arrived in the patch of weeds, where the grass was knee-high. She turned to Eliot and said, "This will do."
Eliot didn't expect this girl to choose a location. By lying down here, they would be out of sight of others.
How shy.
"It's just you?" Abella raised a seductive eyebrow, glanced at the dozen henchmen behind him, and casually asked, "Aren't the others joining?"
"You little vixen... I alone can make you experience unimaginable pleasure..."
How could he let those underlings have such a beauty at a low cost?
He should play with her for at least ten days or half a month...
Eliot's hand just reached out, not yet touching Abella's clothes, when Abella quickly grabbed his hand, and before he could figure out what was happening, she threw him into the bushes, his face ruthlessly touching the soil, even getting a mouthful of dirt!
"Damn it." Blair knew this girl was trouble. "What are you all standing there for? Go help!"
This troublesome girl dared to lay a hand on her precious brother?
Don't forget, her brother is the family's treasure!
The dozen henchmen rushed towards Abella, and a cold light flashed in her eyes. With lightning speed, she kicked one of the henchmen away and swiftly threw punches, landing a powerful blow to another henchman's stomach.
A stick flew towards her in mid-air, but Abella quickly grabbed the assailant's wrist, used his own stick to hit his head, and then kicked him away.
The remaining eight or nine henchmen surrounded her, all attacking at once, but Abella first used one as a human shield, then systematically defeated each one. Some henchmen drew their knives and slashed at Abella, but she quickly dodged, holding the knife against one assailant's neck, scaring him into surrender.
Blair was amazed watching Abella defeat one after another, and the last one, already trembling with fear, raised his hands in surrender.
He voluntarily knocked himself out with a stick, falling into the bushes...very reassuring.
Abella's gaze then fell onto Blair.
Blair was really scared. Damn it, she was the only one left again! "Eliot... Eliot!!!" Blair shouted several times, but her precious little brother didn't come out of the bushes. She was a terribly afraid and couldn't understand how there could be people like this in the world!
