Chapter 631 This is Really the End

Cecelia had never seen anyone so shameless. Even on the brink of getting caught, they stayed calm.

She must be a repeat offender!

The security guards didn't expect her to be so slippery. They pulled out their stun batons and turned them on.

When the stun baton missed Abella and hit the couch, Cecelia screamed, "That couch is custom-made from Britonia by Mr. Bourbon! Be careful!"

The guards aimed at Abella but ended up smashing the coffee table instead.

"Hit her, not the furniture!" Cecelia yelled. "She's right there, you idiots!"

Cecelia grabbed a cup nearby and threw it at Abella.

Abella saw it was a gift she had given to Phillipe. If it broke, there'd be trouble.

She reached out to catch it, but the guards swung their batons at her hand.

Abella quickly pulled back, and the cup shattered on the ground.

"She's so skilled; she must be a spy from another company. We have to take her down," Cecelia said, then sent a WhatsApp message for more security.

The whole security team rushed to the CEO's office.

Abella didn't want to hurt anyone, but as more people came in, the office turned into a mess.

The noise alerted Gabriel, who reported to Phillipe. Phillipe, in the middle of a meeting, rushed to the office.

"What are you all doing? Stop it!" Phillipe shouted.

He walked in to see chaos, with dozens of guards surrounding Abella, cornering her.

With Abella's skills, these guards were no match. She focused on dodging rather than fighting back.

"Are you hurt?" Phillipe asked, pulling Abella into his arms. "Did they touch you?"

"This is Mr. Bourbon's office. Who let you in?" Gabriel scolded, and the guards stepped back, heads down.

Even Cecelia was shocked. Phillipe seemed to care a lot about this girl. Did they really know each other?

"What happened?" Phillipe asked Abella, worried she was scared.

Cecelia tried to explain first. "Mr. Bourbon, I found her sneaking around, opening your cabinet, and stealing your phone, so I called security."

"Did I ask you?" Phillipe's gaze was sharp, but softened when he looked at Abella. "Is that true?"

He only believed what Abella said.

"Yes," Abella admitted. "I was putting snacks on the coffee table into the cabinet when she came in."

"Didn't you tell her about us?"

"I did, but she didn't believe me."

Phillipe then looked at Cecelia. "My fiancée can move freely in my office. Is there a problem?"

Cecelia was terrified.

The other security guards were even more terrified, realizing they had messed up big time.

"The phone was for her to check on me."

Everyone panicked even more.

"Who let you in?" Phillipe asked Cecelia. "Did you get my fiancée's permission to enter?"

"Mr. Bourbon, I didn't know she was your fiancée," Cecelia stammered, scared but also resentful. 'Why does this girl get Phillipe's favor? He not only cares for her but also gives her his phone to check on him. What does she do to deserve Phillipe's special treatment?'

"You barged in without knowing the situation," Phillipe said, clearly angry.

The security guards immediately bowed and apologized. The head of security quickly explained, "Sorry, Mr. Bourbon. We only listened to Ms. Jenkins and thought there was a thief stealing company secrets. If we had known she was your fiancée, we wouldn't have dared to touch her."

"Before you act, shouldn't you report to me so I can inform Mr. Bourbon? If Ms. Medici wasn't skilled, who knows how badly you would have hurt her!" Gabriel scolded.

"Gabriel, it's our fault. We're sorry, Mrs. Bourbon. It's our mistake," the security guards quickly apologized to Abella.

"Forget it," Abella said.

Phillipe immediately defended her. "How can we just forget it? You've been wronged so much."

Before he could finish, Gabriel noticed familiar fragments on the ground. He picked them up and thought, 'This is really the end.'

"Mr. Bourbon," Gabriel handed the fragments to Phillipe, silently sympathizing with the group.

Phillipe saw that the cup Abella had given him was shattered.

"Don't be angry," Abella comforted him.

"Who did this?" Phillipe's voice was filled with anger. "Who broke it?"

All the security guards were terrified and looked at Cecelia.

Cecelia was even more scared. "I saw the security guards fumbling around, not only failing to catch her but also breaking your table and vase. I got anxious and threw a cup."

These words almost made Gabriel choke. How dare she throw a cup at Abella?

Phillipe instinctively asked Abella, "Where did it hit you? Are you hurt? Let me see."

"I'm fine," Abella said, looking up. "I was going to catch it, but..."

Although she didn't finish, Phillipe could guess what happened. The scene was chaotic, and many people were after her, so she couldn't catch it in time.

"Mr. Bourbon, is this cup important? I thought she was a thief and wanted to help catch her. I'm sorry. Can I buy you a new one?" Cecelia said.

"Can you buy the same one she did?" Phillipe was extremely angry. "Why did you come in?"

"I, I..." Cecelia looked at the lunchbox.

The lunchbox was pink with red hearts on the lid.

"Are you the one who brings Mr. Bourbon food?" Gabriel suddenly realized. "Mr. Bourbon, before you come to work every day, there are always lunchboxes, love letters, and gifts at your office door."

Phillipe immediately explained to Abella, "I didn't accept any of them."

"Are there many?" Abella asked Gabriel with interest.
