Chapter 204 Jasper's Men Are Looking for You
Sebastian held Adeline's hand, and there was a slight pause.
"Jasper... I want to go home..." The woman in his arms unconsciously spoke again. Her drunken voice was originally somewhat muddled, and the previous sentence, except for Sebastian, was not clear to everyone else.

Adeline did not return to the hotel. After bidding farewell to Adeline, Jasper's first action upon returning to the hotel was to search for Adeline's whereabouts.
He inquired at the front desk and checked the surveillance. Indeed, Sebastian did not bring her back.
Jasper furrowed his brows and turned to Ryan. "Even if we have to turn this city upside down, we must find her!"
"Yes." Ryan nodded, about to leave, but was stopped by Stella.
"Jasper, there's no need to make such a big fuss about finding someone, right? Adeline was just drunk and taken away by Sebastian; she's not really missing," Stella remarked, her voice calm but firm.
She paused, taking a deep breath before approaching Jasper and gently taking his arm. "Besides, Sebastian said he's her boyfriend. If a couple gets drunk and stays out for the night, it's not a big deal."
Jasper narrowed his eyes. "He's not her boyfriend." The man's voice was low and indifferent, his tone decisive.
Stella chuckled. "But Jasper, if Sebastian isn't her boyfriend, why didn't Adeline vehemently refute when Sebastian claimed he was?"
Jasper glanced at her with a furrowed brow. "When you made Adeline drink, she didn't vehemently object either. Is she really willing to drink?"
Stella's face turned pale. She wanted to say something more, but Jasper interrupted her.
The man took a deep breath and added, "Regardless, Adeline is here on business with me. She got drunk for me. If anything happens to her tonight, I have an undeniable responsibility."
After speaking, the man coldly glanced at Ryan. "Aren't you going to find her?"
Ryan paused, then quickly left.
Stella gritted her teeth in frustration. "Jasper, you're so good to your employees..."
"Not good enough." Jasper's voice was cold. "If I were really good, she wouldn't have ended up drinking for me like this."
He then glanced lightly at Stella. "Tonight's events, I hope it's the last time. Remember, from now on, under no circumstances should you drink with outsiders and get our company employees drunk."
Stella obediently nodded, nuzzling her head affectionately against Jasper's chest. "I know I was wrong, I won't do it again..."
Only then did Jasper breathe a sigh of relief and turned to the bathroom.
Stella narrowed her eyes, then messaged Luna: [Search the whole city, find Adeline. She's drunk tonight, seize this opportunity.].

At midnight, Adeline was jolted awake. As she opened her eyes, she saw the dark moonlight surrounding her. In that instant, she realized she was being carried on Sebastian's back, running desperately.
There were footsteps close behind. She tugged at her hoarse throat, "Sebastian..."
"Don't speak." Sebastian's breath was unstable as he ran. "They're looking for you. Just now when I went downstairs to the hotel counter to buy something, I heard Jasper's men looking for you."
Adeline's mind swirled with confusion. She furrowed her brows, unable to comprehend the situation. "Jasper's men are looking for me... Why are we running?"
She got drunk for Jasper, she was an employee of Jasper's company. Perhaps Jasper was looking for her just to ensure her safety?
"They brought five or six male PRs," Sebastian's voice dripped with helplessness. "I don't know what Jasper is thinking. But they knew you were drunk and still brought five or six male PRs to find you... I feel like something's not right."
