Chapter 408 I Want to See You
After leaving the corporate building, Adeline hailed a taxi straight to the hospital.
Hearing she had an urgent matter, the taxi driver was very efficient, and in less than twenty minutes, the car had arrived at the hospital.
After Adeline got out of the car, she went directly into the hospital.

She knew Luna was at the hospital, but she should have been in yesterday's department, right?

Luna smirked and slowly leaned close to Adeline's ear. "Don't worry. The person donating bone marrow to your son has already signed the agreement. Your son won't die. Once your son is cured, take your illegitimate child and get lost!"
Luna's words set off alarm bells in Adeline's heart.
Adeline thought, 'Luna comes here to find that volunteer too?'
Luna was so ruthless towards her. How could she willingly watch Blake get better and see her family happy?
Thinking of this, Adeline clenched her fists tightly by her side."Luna, if anything goes wrong with Blake's bone marrow transplant, I won't let you off!"
Luna chuckled softly and leaned closer to her ear."Then I'll be waiting. I also want to see what methods you have to deal with me."

After saying this, Luna chuckled again, bypassed Adeline, and walked away.
Adeline stood there, watching Luna's back, biting her lip hard.
Adeline thought, 'Blake is my bottom line. If Luna really delays the volunteer from donating bone marrow to Blake, I will definitely drag Luna down and make her pay for Blake's life!
After Luna left, a door to an office in the distance opened.
A doctor, tidying up a camera, walked out chatting with Vikram."Mr. Das, the video is done, and the agreement is signed. There's nothing much for the next few days. If any follow-up checks are needed, we'll contact you anytime."
Vikram, dressed in a sky-blue suit, walked out while smiling and speaking to the doctor,"Don't worry. If there are any issues with the donation, just contact me. I can take full responsibility.""
Adeline stood there, staring blankly at the scene before her.
Adeline bit her lip, watching Vikram from a distance. She thought, 'Could this man be the one donating bone marrow to Blake?'
"By the way," At this moment, Vikram spoke again,"Can I see the child? I won't do anything; I'm merely showing some concern. After all, he has some connection to me; is that okay? "
The doctor looked a bit troubled. "The child is not in the hospital at the moment."

After saving Adeline's number, Vikram pondered how to approach Blake while putting his phone away.
At this moment, he noticed Adeline standing by the elevator, staring at him intently.

Luna paused and coughed lightly. "He was my junior when I studied abroad. He once pursued me, but I didn't have feelings for him. Later, we lost touch"
She lowered her eyes and smiled. "I just didn't expect him to be your relative."
Thinking of Vikram, a trace of resentment flashed in Luna's eyes.
Luna thought, 'Vikram knows too many of my secrets. So I have to find a way to shut him up.'
When Adeline left the hospital, she saw Jasper's car driving away.
From the car's shadow, she could vaguely see the silhouettes of Jasper and Luna.
She sneered.
When Jasper had Luna come to the hospital, she was confused. Because Luna wasn't injured today, but Jasper wanted her there.

"Hello, are you Blake's mother? I'm Jasper's nephew, Blake's cousin. My name is Vikram, and I'd like to meet you."
