Chapter 1002 Why Are You, a Man, Jealous of Him?

"No, toss them." If it weren't for Aria's subtle hints, Violet would have had a good impression of her wedding dress designer and boss.

Aria was beautiful, striking, and talented.

But no matter how talented a woman is, once she gets involved with her husband, Violet couldn't tolerate it.

Brady noticed something was off and frowned slightly. "What's up? Who sent these flowers?"

"The owner of the bridal shop," Violet didn't want to elaborate. She was about to get married and had no time to deal with these troublesome women.

Brady frowned again, sensing something was amiss. "Is it that Aria?"

To be honest, when he first heard the name, it didn't ring any bells. But thinking about it more, it did seem somewhat familiar, though he couldn't quite place it.

"Finally remembered?" Violet's face turned sour.

"Not really, but it does sound familiar," Brady admitted honestly. He paused, then took Violet's hand and said, "Are you really jealous over this? Jealous of a woman I can't even remember?"

"I'm not. I just don't like so many flowers," Violet didn't want him to see through her thoughts, so she stubbornly denied it.

Brady understood and smiled. "I'll have them thrown away then."

"Okay."

"Honestly, don't worry. I would never be unfaithful to you," Brady pulled her into his arms, comforting her. "If you're really upset, I'll make it up to you later."

Violet was silent for a moment. She rested her chin on Brady's firm chest and said softly, "Forget it. I'm not angry. We're about to get married, and I don't want to be bothered by these things."

Brady nodded and patted her back. "Alright."

They held each other closely, and the maid, feeling awkward, quickly left the room.

After a while, Violet remembered that a few days ago, Henry had been pestering her to learn how to swim. She wasn't a strong swimmer herself and couldn't teach him properly, so she asked Brady, "Honey, Henry wants to learn how to swim. Would you teach him?"

"Why does he suddenly want to learn?" Brady was curious. The kid hadn't mentioned it to him.

"He saw a cartoon the other day with characters swimming in the ocean and got really excited about it. He told me he wanted to learn."

"He only told you? Didn't talk to his dad? A boy should be closer to his mom?" Brady suddenly felt a pang of jealousy towards Henry.

Violet laughed at him. "Why are you jealous of him? You're always busy with work and social events in the evening. By the time you get home, he's probably forgotten all about wanting to learn to swim."

"Alright, I'll ask him about it later."

"They should be playing in the kids' room now. Let's go together?" Violet wrapped her arms around his waist.

Brady took the opportunity to kiss her before saying, "Sure."

Meanwhile, in America, which was several hours behind Crestoria, Emily had finished breakfast and went to Douglas and Elodie's suite to chat.

Douglas wanted Emily and Austin to get closer, so he suggested, "It's still early for the afternoon check-up. How about we go to the Skyline District and do some shopping? We can get Austin a gift to thank him for all his help."

Emily agreed. "Sure, should we go now?"

Austin, pretending to be modest, said, "Mr. Hart, there's no need for that. Taking care of you is my duty. You don't have to spend money on me."

The Skyline District was the most luxurious shopping area in the Imperial City, where the wealthy lived and shopped. The stores there were all high-end brands, far beyond the reach of ordinary people.

"Austin, no need to be so polite. We're family," Douglas said with a smile.

Just then, Austin's phone rang. It was his friend from America, informing him that the check-up time had been changed to 10 AM at Lakeside Hospital.
