Chapter 206 Is She Really Dating Brady Hall?

Upon entering the small, adjoining bedroom to Brady Hall's office, Violet was immediately struck by its opulence, reminiscent of a high-end hotel suite.

The room's color palette mirrored that of the office, with shades of charcoal gray and other dark hues harmoniously blending together. Despite the somber tones, every detail of the decor was meticulously crafted from premium materials, exuding an air of grandeur and luxury.

However, Violet didn't pause to admire the room's aesthetics. Her sole purpose was to change into the dress she had brought with her. With this in mind, she began to undress.

Once she was ready, she reached into her bag and retrieved the dress.

As she unfolded it, her eyes sparkled with delight.

The dress was a fashionable pink number with a ruffled trim, perfectly in line with the year's latest trends.

As she slipped into the dress, Violet was taken aback by how perfectly it fit her.

In fact, it hugged her figure like a second skin. A blush crept up Violet Devereux's cheeks and her delicate brows furrowed in confusion. How on earth had Brady Hall known her exact measurements?

Pushing this puzzling thought to the back of her mind, she reminded herself that she had more pressing issues to deal with. Her own predicament needed to be resolved.

Taking a deep breath, Violet opened the door and stepped out. By the time she exited, Brady Hall was the only one left in the office—Linda had already departed.

Brady was seated on the sofa, an image of elegant detachment, with his legs crossed and a cigarette in hand. The smoke from his cigarette swirled around him, and through the haze, his dark eyes tracked Violet's every move.

She was a vision in pink, her figure slender and poised, her legs long and straight beneath the dress's hem. Her long black hair flowed over her shoulders, and her pale skin contrasted beautifully with the pink dress.

Indeed, the woman was breathtaking.

A flicker of surprise flashed in Brady Hall's dark eyes—not a hint of love, but rather a man's desire for a woman.

"Mr. Hall, can we go now?" Violet asked, unsettled by the sharp and domineering gaze of Brady Hall.

She didn't appreciate the way he looked at her, as if he wanted to consume her. It made her anxious.

Thus, she took the initiative to break the silence.

Upon hearing her, Brady slowly averted his gaze, extinguished the cigarette that had nearly burned to its end, and rose from his seat. With an air of composed grace, he strolled over to her and replied, "Let's go."

Violet nodded, "Mr. Hall, about the dress... I'll return it to you tomorrow. I'll get it dry-cleaned tonight."

Brady seemed indifferent to her offer to return the dress. What did it matter to him if she did?

Would he give it to another woman?

Or keep it for himself?

With a confident stride, he began to walk away, "Rather than discussing trivial matters with me, you'd do better to explain the situation during our meeting later."

In truth, the primary audience for the explanation was Loraine Plahn.

He wasn't particularly concerned.

He was aware that Violet was deeply invested in her own design and that to effectively resolve the issue, it was crucial for both parties involved to clear up any misunderstandings.

Violet was momentarily taken aback by his comment and decided not to discuss the dress any further. She quickened her pace to keep up with him, saying, "Mr. Hall, I'll explain everything clearly to you later."

"That's good to hear," Brady Hall casually quirked a lip and glanced at the woman hurrying to catch up with him. He didn't say much more and continued to lead the way.

They then descended from the top floor to the Hall family's underground parking garage.

Fortunately, they didn't encounter many other Hall family members.

Violet breathed a sigh of relief; the last thing she needed was another scandal.
It was a stroke of luck that the place was nearly deserted.

However, as she made her way to the underground parking lot, she ran into a familiar face.

It was her stepsister, Lilian Devereux.

Lilian had just returned from running errands and had parked her sleek white BMW. As she stepped out of her car, she spotted Violet Devereux in a pretty knee-length ruffled dress, looking demure as she followed Brady Hall towards his exclusive Bentley.

Lilian's eyes widened in shock.

Why was that woman getting so close to Brady Hall again?

Were they actually dating?

Lilian couldn't make up her mind; she feared if it were true, it would empower Violet to do as she pleased with Brady's backing.
