Chapter 80 Preparing to Welcome His Two Precious Children
However, these two people weren't planning to act at present, but were waiting for the right timing.
So Violet was relatively safe for the day.
When it was time to get off work, Violet packed up her things and quickly left the office.
She needed to prepare for the paternity test tomorrow.
Soon, Violet returned to her apartment.
Hellen and the two babies were sitting in the living room playing games.
As Violet entered, Hellen pulled the two little ones over, "Violet, done with work?"
"Yeah." Violet quickly changed into slippers and went to hug her two precious children.
Henry hugged her back, gently patting Violet's head like a little adult, "Mom, you've worked hard."
As soon as Henry spoke, Violet was startled. How did her son become so capable? "Henry, did Auntie teach you this?"
Hellen laughed from the side, "No, I didn't teach him. He watched an animated show today and learned those words from there." Henry truly was a little genius.
He developed faster than his younger sister, Nicole.
Nicole's development was within the normal range for children. She couldn't speak, only making babbling sounds, saying "mom" as her first words.
But Henry was different.
As long as he saw or heard something, he could remember it immediately and say it back.
Helen felt like he was a child prodigy.
"Henry, you're really amazing," Violet couldn't help but kiss his tender little face and reward him.
Nicole, his younger sister, saw this and pulled Violet's hand, wanting a kiss too.
Of course, Violet wouldn't favor one over the other and embraced Nicole, showering her with affectionate kisses.
After they both got their kisses, Violet began breastfeeding them, planning to start weaning them off this week.
She would start by reducing the number of feeding sessions.
For today, she would only feed them once and give them formula milk at night.
While she was feeding them, Helen approached and said, "Violet, I've taken care of what you asked me to do."
"Really?" Violet touched the two little darlings in her arms and asked.
"Yes, I specifically found realistic wigs, ensuring that there won't be any flaws," Helen truly admired Violet's intelligence.
To come up with such an idea...
"Great, let's put them on tomorrow, hopefully, they won't feel uncomfortable and take them off," Violet sincerely hoped the babies wouldn't reject them tomorrow.
"Or how about we try putting them on tonight?" Helen suggested.
Violet thought for a moment. "Okay."
Twenty minutes later, after feeding, Violet first explained to Henry, coaxing him to wear the wig, and then Nicole. The two little ones initially felt uncomfortable and wanted to pull them off.
Violet promptly educated them, and only then did they obediently comply.
In the end, they cooperated well, wearing the realistic wigs for half an hour before Violet and Helen took them off.
If her babies could endure for half an hour, it should be fine.
She only needed a hair sample, which didn't require that much time.
With this arrangement settled, Violet felt relieved and played with the babies before putting them to sleep.
The next day, the sunlight was warm, the morning breeze gentle and tender.
Violet's first task upon waking up was to text Brady, asking where to meet.
She wouldn't let him come here.
Brady, who had just woken up, lay on the luxurious and soft bed, checking Violet's message.
His deep black eyes narrowed as he replied, "Come to my house, you know the address, right?" Didn't she mention that her best friend lived nearby?
Should he stroll around the top floor corridor of his apartment?
Violet replied, "Okay, Mr. Hall. What time?"
Brady answered, "9 o'clock."
With enough time until 9 o'clock, Violet quickly got up to freshen up.
On Brady's side, he finished the text and called Mr. Taylor to come over.
After the call, Brady rubbed his temples and got up gracefully, preparing to meet what might be his own two treasures.
