Chapter 430 Maybe Brady is being trendy and found a surrogate?
The news about the Hall Group president having an illegitimate daughter got yanked down the same day, but rumors were still flying around.
Everyone started wondering if it was true. If it was, who was the kid's mom? Or maybe the kid didn't have a mom at all? Maybe Brady used a surrogate?
Brady knew that once the news was out, even if it got taken down, people would still talk. So he decided to ignore it since the kid's face hadn't been shown, which was a huge relief for him.
That evening, when he got back from work, Violet, all worried, went to the study to talk to him about it.
Seeing her pale face, Brady knew this whole thing had really shaken her. He took her hand and said, "Don't worry. I've scrubbed all the news online, and there are no photos of the kid. It's all good now."
"But people are still gossiping," Violet said, scared that the Hall Family or someone else might find out and try to take the kid from her.
Even though Brady had no plans to take the kid, that didn't mean he wouldn't change his mind if they ever split up.
Violet was ready to do whatever it took to stop that. But she had no power or means to fight them, which made her super scared.
"Forget it. We haven't admitted to anything, and the kid hasn't been exposed. Are you gonna argue with every gossip out there?" Brady said, stroking her face gently.
Why was she so scared?
He had already handled it, even if there would still be some gossip.
Violet was really anxious. She had imagined the kid being suddenly exposed but hadn't thought about what to do, so when it actually happened, she freaked out.
Even with Brady trying to calm her down, she was still uneasy.
Seeing her so worried, Brady felt bad and wanted to take care of her.
He suddenly pulled her onto his lap.
Then he lifted her chin and kissed her gently.
Violet's body trembled from the kiss.
Brady was a great kisser, and soon enough, she forgot her worries, getting lost in the tingling sensation of his kiss.
Her body, nestled in his strong arms, started to shiver.
The kiss quickly got more intense, and Brady ended up having sex with her.
Afterward, Violet was covered in sweat, her whole body weak and unable to move, while Brady, satisfied, kept kissing her and said, "Forget it. It's over, and no one will care."
"What if the Hall Family finds out?" Violet asked, her voice shaking a bit.
"Then we'll go public," Brady said, having already thought it through.
During his time with Violet, he felt really good, like he had a real sense of home.
So, going public wouldn't be a loss for him.
