Chapter 804 Don't You Think You Should Compensate Me

Brady completely ignored her, not paying any attention to her explanations. He dragged her out to his Hummer parked outside the nightclub.

Once inside, Violet quickly buckled her seatbelt and sat quietly, bracing herself for the inevitable scolding.

But instead, Brady just sat there with a grim expression, started the car without a word, and drove off.

As they merged onto the main road, Violet watched the buildings blur by in the night. She suddenly realized they weren't heading home. She turned to Brady and asked sweetly, "Hey, where are we going?"

"After what happened tonight, don't you think you owe me an explanation?" Brady's voice was calm but laced with anger. "Otherwise, how would I know if you betrayed me?"

Violet's heart skipped a beat. She leaned closer, gently tugging on his arm. "Come on, you're handsome, rich, and powerful. Why would I betray you? Am I that dumb?"

"Plus, I'm a mom of three. Who'd want me?"

Her voice was soft and sweet, trying to soothe him, her gentle scent filling the car. Brady almost lost his composure, but he knew he had to teach her a lesson this time, or she'd keep going out.

So, he stayed firm, his voice cold. "We'll see how you behave in a bit."

Violet bit her lip and blinked at him. His handsome profile, lit by the streetlights, was tense and unyielding. He was mad, wasn't he?

Fine, she'd just have to behave.

But if they weren't going home, were they heading to a hotel?

Thinking of the hotel reminded Violet of their wild nights a few months ago, and her ears turned red. If it were a hotel, so be it. She was in the wrong tonight for not telling him she was going out. With that thought, Violet relaxed a bit.

But the redness in her ears didn't fade.

It had been months since they last made love. During her mid-pregnancy, they had a few rare moments, but he was worried about the baby and hadn't touched her since.

So, she was a bit afraid he might be too rough.

As Violet's mind wandered, Brady's car soon turned into a secluded corner of a building.

There were no streetlights here, and large sycamore trees provided cover. If you didn't look closely, you wouldn't even notice their car.

Brady parked the car and turned off the engine.

He got out first.

Violet glanced around. Where was this place? Was it a new property he bought?

Why did it look so rundown?

After thinking for a moment, she decided to get out of the car.

But as soon as she did, Brady opened the back door and said, "Get in the back."

Violet finally realized what Brady intended.

Her face turned red, her eyes bright and embarrassed as she looked at him. "You want to do it here?"

"Yeah, unless you're not up for it. I won't force you." Brady's voice was deliberately low. He got into the back seat first, leaving Violet standing there, blushing and hesitant, before she finally climbed into the back seat.

Once inside, she closed the door.

As soon as she settled in, she heard a crisp sound. Violet turned to look and saw Brady unbuckling his belt in the dimly lit car. Her face turned crimson.
