Chapter 592 He Really Wanted to Kiss Her Like this for the Rest of His Life
Fortunately, Bram was rushed to the hospital in time and was not in serious danger, so everyone relaxed.
Brady stayed at the hospital for a while, then remembered he had to pick up Violet for dinner. He said goodbye to Arthur and left.
Driving back to the Hall Group, Brady called Violet to come down for lunch when he arrived.
Violet received his call, quickly tidied up, and went downstairs.
At the entrance, she saw Brady's car and happily ran over. Just as she reached the car door, Brady anxiously got out to 'scold' her, "Honey, do you know you're pregnant? Don't run so fast."
Violet had indeed forgotten.
Recently, her morning sickness had lessened, so she didn't feel any different.
She smiled sheepishly, stood on tiptoe to hug his neck, and gave him a kiss, acting coquettishly. "I'll be more careful next time."
"Get in the car." Brady loved her kisses.
He kissed her back, and helped her into the car.
Once they were seated, the driver headed to the restaurant for lunch.
On the way, Violet asked, "How was it at Arthur's today? Is everything okay?"
"It was a mess." Brady frowned, suddenly feeling grateful that Matilda only had one son, Michael.
But when it comes to Henry, he didn't plan to have just one child. He would have to carefully divide the inheritance to avoid future conflicts.
"That serious? What happened? What about that girl?" Violet asked curiously.
Brady saw her gossipy look and playfully tapped her nose, saying, "Don't worry about the Stanley family's issues. It's just bothersome. You should be happily enjoying time with the baby."
"Alright, I'll listen to you," Violet said with a smile.
Brady liked seeing her rely on him, it gave him a sense of accomplishment. He hugged her tightly and said, "My dad is coming back tomorrow. You should meet him with the baby and Hellen."
Mentioning Michael, whom she hadn't met yet, made Violet instantly nervous. She was afraid he would be as difficult as Ava.
So she asked, "Will your dad dislike me because I'm just an ordinary person?"
"Don't worry, my dad isn't like that." At least he didn't care much about background. He cared more about your character.
"Really?" Violet was still a bit worried.
One person like Ava was already giving her a headache, she didn't want another one.
"Don't worry, in the Hall family, I have the final say. Otherwise, how could I have married you?" Brady pinched her cheek, increasingly fond of her innocence. "Even if everyone else opposes, as long as I protect you, it's enough."
Violet nodded.
"Let me listen to the baby's heartbeat." After pinching her cheek, Brady gently placed his ear on her still-flat belly.
"It's only been a few weeks, you can't hear anything yet." Violet laughed at his silly attempt.
Where was the imposing man now?
"I can." Brady laughed. "It's very clear. He's as strong as me."
"Stop being so narcissistic." Violet was amused by his words, laughing so hard.
Brady immediately hugged her, and laughed with her. Then he planted a deep, passionate kiss on her lips.
He really wished he could kiss her like this forever.
