Chapter 588 The More Ava Wanted to Kill Violet and Those Two Children
Violet and Brady chatted by the window for a while, and Matilda hurried over anxiously.
As soon as she found Violet and Brady, Matilda asked, "How's Nicole? Is she okay? Where is she now?"
"Grandma, she's okay." Brady turned to look at her. "Nicole has been transferred to the intensive care unit."
"It's all my fault. I shouldn't have gone out to the party today." Matilda regretted leaving.
"Grandma, this has nothing to do with you," Brady comforted her.
Matilda still felt guilty, especially when she saw Violet. She felt even more guilty, so she walked up to Violet, held her hand, and said, "Violet, I will help you with this matter. I have already called Michael. I must make him make a decision on this matter, otherwise, you won't feel at ease."
Violet nodded.
"Take me to see Nicole," Matilda asked Brady.
Brady said, "Okay."
Brady accompanied Matilda to see Nicole. Seeing Nicole still in a coma, His anger surged. After a while, he went back to the villa to find Ava.
Ava knew they would come to her one by one, so she didn't care.
She just sat in the living room, smoking a cigarette, waiting.
When Brady came in, she glanced at him, didn't move, and continued to read the magazine.
She knew that no matter what, Brady wouldn't dare to confront her.
But this time was really different.
So when Brady walked over, he directly pulled the cigarette from Ava's mouth and threw it into the ashtray on the table.
"What? Do you want to hit me?" Ava looked up and said calmly.
"I don't hit women, including you," Brady looked at her angrily.
"Then just pretend this never happened. After all, aren't you moving back tomorrow?" Ava withdrew her gaze, turned another page of the magazine.
"If it were before, maybe I wouldn't care because you are my mother, but this time is different. I think you are actually more suited to live abroad, just to accompany Dad," Brady said slowly.
Upon hearing this, Ava was instantly shocked, then threw the magazine onto the floor. "Brady, I am your mother. I gave birth to you and raised you, but you treat me like this for a woman?"
Brady looked deeply at this self-proclaimed mother. "I understand the gratitude for raising me, but when parents make mistakes, children cannot blindly indulge them, especially when it harms their own family. I didn't send you away directly, considering the last bit of gratitude for raising me."
These words made Ava instantly furious. Was this son raised in vain?
"Brady, I am your mother!" Ava shouted through gritted teeth.
"Have you ever thought about how you, as a mother, treated Violet, Nicole, and Henry?" Brady said coldly and was about to leave, but after taking a step, he suddenly thought of something and said, "If you don't change your attitude towards Violet and my children, I will consider you no longer my mother."
Then Brady left in big strides.
After Brady left, Ava slumped on the sofa. She knew Brady's temper, and not laying a hand on her was his greatest mercy.
Moreover, she might lose Brady.
But Ava had no intention of repenting. The more it was like this, the more Ava wanted to get rid of Violet, Nicole, and Henry.
