Chapter 595 So, It Seems I'm Just Invisible to You All?

Michael finished his call, and Brady, had to turn around and go back to the house to pick up the kids.

When he arrived at the house, Brady carried one child in each arm and put the two little ones in the car.

Nicole didn't know they were going back to Ava's place again. She thought Brady and Violet were taking her somewhere fun, so she was quite happy.

Meanwhile, Violet and Brady were unaware that Ava had already caused some psychological trauma to Nicole. They thought that since she had been rescued and discharged from the hospital, everything was fine.

When they arrived at the Hall family’s old mansion, Michael and Matilda were already home, and Ava was there too.

Brady parked the car, and Violet got out first with Henry in her arms. As soon as Henry saw that it was Ava's mansion, he clung tightly to Violet's clothes and said, "Mommy, no..."

"Henry, no what?" Violet didn't understand.

"No... here..." Henry wanted to say he didn't want to come back here.

"It's okay, we're just staying for a little while and then we'll go back. You haven't met Grandpa yet, have you? Grandpa's back today," Violet gently comforted him.

Henry responded and instantly forgot about Ava, becoming a bit curious about the Michael.

When Brady got out of the car with Nicole, she saw that it was Ava's mansion and immediately buried her head in his shirt, her body starting to tremble uncontrollably.

Brady thought she was cold, then he asked Nicole what was wrong.

But Nicole couldn't speak well yet and couldn't tell him that she was scared of this place.

So she could only curl up in his arms, keeping trembling all over.

"Violet, why is Nicole shaking?" Brady could only ask Violet.

Violet came over with Henry in her arms, reached out to touch Nicole's forehead, and said, "Her forehead isn't hot, she shouldn't have a fever. Let's take her inside and see?" She wasn't sure what was wrong with Nicole either.

Brady nodded and went inside with her, carrying the kids.

In the living room, Matilda and Michael were already sitting there, and Ava was sitting to the side, but she didn't look too happy.

Matilda first looked at Violet and, immediately said with concern, "Violet, don't carry Henry. You're pregnant. What if you get hurt?"

"Grandma, I'm fine," Violet replied with a sweet smile.

"No, you're in the early stages of pregnancy, you need to be careful. Let me hold Henry," Matilda said, reaching out to take Henry.

Michael stood up first, looking at Violet, whom he was meeting for the first time, and then at Henry in her arms and Nicole in Brady's arms. His eyes instantly softened. "Let me hold him."

There was indeed a blood connection.

Since Michael wanted to hold Henry, Violet didn't refuse and obediently handed Henry to him.

Henry was initially a bit resistant, but Michael was very kind, much gentler than Ava at least. Then allowed himself to be held.

"Henry looks exactly like Brady," Michael said, clearly fond of the two children, unable to take his eyes off them. He played with Henry for a bit and then looked at Nicole, and said, "Brady, give me Nicole. I want to hold her too."

"Okay," Brady said, preparing to hand Nicole over.

However, Ava let out a sarcastic laugh and said, "So, I guess I'm invisible to you all?" Her voice was light and airy.

But Nicole heard it and immediately broke down, crying hysterically as if she had been triggered.
