Chapter 676 Helen Came to Find Juniper

Hotel Kitchen

The manager burst into the kitchen like a bat out of hell, hands on his hips, and started shouting, "Someone's gone missing from the presidential suite on the top floor, and it's because of that part-time server from the kitchen. Does anyone know who introduced him?"

After his outburst, he pulled out his phone and showed the photo he had just downloaded to the kitchen staff.

Everyone lined up to look, but no one could remember who had brought the guy in.

Finally, one of the chefs spoke up, "I remember now. This young man came in on his own. He asked if we needed a part-time server. He wanted to work part-time."

"I saw we were busy today, so I said okay," the chef explained. The manager, fuming, stormed over and smacked him on the head. "Since when do you have the authority to make decisions? Can we hire anyone off the street? Did you even register his information?"

The chef rubbed his sore head and shook it.

The manager was losing it. If they couldn't find any leads, Brady would make him resign.

"Manager, who was the girl in the presidential suite? How did she go missing?" A woman washing dishes couldn't help but ask.

The manager shot her a look and said, "A socialite from Eldoria Lawson Corporation." Then he started cursing again, "How many times have I told you all that the kitchen is important and we can't just let anyone in? And what do you do? Hire people like we're some small-town diner?"

"Manager, calm down. I think the head chef might have registered his information," someone suddenly said.

Everyone turned to look at the head chef. He was busy and didn't remember at first, but after thinking it over, he realized he might have.

He patted his forehead and said, "Manager, let me check."

The head chef quickly flipped through his little notebook, and sure enough, he had recorded it.

He handed the notebook to the manager.

The manager clutched the notebook to his chest like it was a treasure and hurried back to the top floor to report.

As soon as he left, the kitchen staff couldn't help but gossip.

After a while, one of the younger staff members edited the information and posted it on his social media.

It just so happened that one of his friends was a reporter.

The reporter saw the post, edited and processed the information, and uploaded it online.

Within ten minutes, news about the missing socialite from Eldoria Lawson Corporation spread like wildfire across the internet.

Major news outlets picked it up, and the reports quickly caught the attention of the police, spreading worldwide. Across the ocean, Lawson Corporation took notice as well.

Recently, the chairman, the CEO, and the socialite Juniper from Lawson Corporation were all away from the company.

The chief administrative assistant at Lawson Corporation, fearing a stock market shake-up, quickly sent the news to Helen. Helen saw it and fainted on the spot.

When she came in an hour later, she immediately had her assistant call James and Ethan to confirm if it was true.

James was recovering in the hospital, and his assistant answered his phone, unable to give a definite answer.

So Helen called Ethan.

Ethan hadn't heard about the news spreading online yet.

Shocked, he tried to reassure Helen, saying he would handle it and she shouldn't worry.

But how could Helen not worry? She knew it was true.

Her precious daughter Juniper was really missing.

There was no way she could stay in Eldoria waiting for them. So that afternoon, Helen, along with Eldoria's lawyer and others, boarded a plane to Crestoria to find Juniper.
