Chapter 437 She Really Fears the Hall Family Will Publicly Snatch the Child
At a high-end restaurant in New Future City.
Matilda and Brady were sitting in the large, reserved restaurant waiting for Violet and Hellen.
About 10 minutes later, Violet and the others finally arrived.
As soon as the two children entered the spacious and luxurious restaurant, they immediately started running around excitedly.
After running for a while, they saw Brady sitting by the window. They instantly ran over and hugged him, shouting, "Daddy."
Their voices were so adorable that Matilda, sitting nearby, felt very happy listening to them.
These two children were really too cute.
She really wanted to take them back to the Hall Family right away, to raise them well, give them the best things in the world.
"Come up and sit down," Brady said, patting their heads and lovingly picking them both up.
As soon as the two children sat down, Violet and Hellen came over.
Seeing Violet, Matilda felt very happy. She stood up and took Violet's hand, saying, "Violet, sit down quickly. Today you are also our main guest. Order whatever you want, don't be shy, it's on me."
She spoke affectionately, but Hellen, looking at Matilda's face, felt a bit suspicious.
She seemed familiar.
Hellen thought for a moment and suddenly remembered that Matilda was the person who came to the mansion this morning. But at that time, she claimed to be Brady's friend. It turned out she was Brady's grandmother. So she had known about the children.
It couldn't be hidden anymore.
Hellen suddenly felt a bit anxious. She was really afraid that the Hall Family would openly take the children away.
She and Violet had no power and couldn't compete with them at all.
"Thank you, Grandma," Violet said gently, knowing that Matilda was kind-hearted.
However, Hellen still didn't look happy. After sitting down with Violet, she whispered, "Violet, be careful."
Violet understood Hellen's concern and nodded.
Fortunately, Matilda did not mention taking the children back in public. Instead, she warmly entertained them, occasionally playing with the two children, seemingly not intending to take them away.
Only then did Hellen and Violet feel slightly relieved.
During the meal, Matilda was particularly happy to feed Henry and Nicole.
Henry and Nicole had a great liking for the kind Matilda. When she fed them, they did not refuse.
They even made Matilda laugh, making her evenmore eager to spoil them.
After a pleasant lunch, Brady drove them back. Matilda stood at the restaurant door, watching them leave, feeling very happy.
She had descendants too.
"Mrs. Hall, are we going back now?" the butler asked after Brady's car merged into the traffic ahead.
Matilda looked into the distance and suddenly lightly patted her forehead, saying, "Oh no! I should have bought some gifts for the children."
"Shall we go to the mall then?"
Matilda nodded and smiled. "Okay. I need to see them again tomorrow."
She pondered, 'No, not just tomorrow. From now on, I'll visit them every day, to build a good relationship with them. That way, when they return to the Hall Family, they wouldn't feel too unfamiliar.'
