Chapter 590 Neither Autopsy Nor Cremation, Are You Planning to Worship It?

Brady knew it, so he came specifically to help Arthur.

"Bram, you must support us this time. Kade was always healthy, but after meeting Arthur the night before his wedding, he suddenly died. Don't you think there's something wrong here?" Kade's father, Elio Stanley, said, feigning grief.
"What could be wrong?" Bram said robustly.
He was already tired of this farce. It was clear they just wanted to use a dead person to extort shares.
"Elio, instead of speculating here, why don't you send the body for an autopsy to see if there's an issue?" Arthur said coldly.
At this, Elio immediately cursed, "No way, how can Kade's body be casually autopsied?"
"If you won't autopsy or cremate, are you planning to enshrine it?" Arthur continued indifferently.
"Arthur, how can you talk like that?" Kade's mother, Amanda Winter, immediately stood up and sharply accused, "Do you have any conscience?"
Pausing, Amanda covered her eyes and began to cry, "My poor Kade. He was killed just like that."
"Amanda, don't be sad. Bram and the elders are here, they will help you," others chimed in, pretending to console her.
But they all pointed at Arthur.
Arthur's family remained silent because they knew Bram would handle this. If they spoke, it would only burden Arthur, so they watched quietly.
If they were pushed too far, they wouldn't just sit idly by.
"Enough, if you think Kade's death is suspicious, go for an autopsy. Why make a scene in front of so many people? You have the nerve to invite so many elders, I'm embarrassed for you." Bram couldn't take it anymore and slammed his cane on the floor.
Instantly, the room fell silent.
