Chapter 822 Men Were Possessive When They Got Jealous
"Let's head back to my office. Too many people around," Brady said, gently brushing her hair with a smile. He didn't want to be affectionate in the hallway.
Violet nodded, following his lead.
They walked together to his office, arms wrapped around each other.
As soon as the door closed, Brady scooped her up and carried her to the sofa, pressing her into the soft cushions before leaning in for a passionate kiss.
His kiss was both tender and electrifying.
The taste of champagne lingered on his lips, sweet and intense. Violet's lips parted slightly, allowing him to take control, his kiss growing more insistent.
As his kiss deepened, her body began to respond.
Her pretty face flushed with a delicate blush, and she pushed at him urgently. "Stop, we're at work."
"What are you worried about? I own the company," Brady said softly, his fingers playing with a strand of her hair.
"Still, it's daytime. Are you really that impatient?" Violet's face was red, her voice breathless.
Her fingers clutched at his clean, dark gray shirt.
"We rarely do this during the day... why not try it today?" Brady teased, wanting to vent his frustration from Darian's earlier provocation.
But more than that, he wanted to mark his beloved as his own.
He didn't mind if Mr. Voss saw the mark on Violet's neck during dinner later.
"Stop it. What if someone comes in?" Violet looked at him, her face as red as a maple leaf, making her already delicate features even more alluring.
"I told you, this is my place. No one will disturb us." Brady paused, then lowered his head to her graceful neck, his tongue gently tracing her carotid artery.
Besides her earlobes, Violet's neck was also sensitive.
So he continued to breathe softly and lick her neck.
The warm breath mixed with the faint scent of champagne felt like feathers tickling her.
Violet trembled slightly, unable to hold back. "Please, Brady. Stop."
She was close to surrendering.
But Brady wasn't done, his eyes filled with possessiveness and love. "Just a little longer."
With that, he kissed her neck hard.
The forceful kiss made Violet realize what he was doing. She hit his chest with her hand, biting her lip. "How am I supposed to go to work tomorrow?"
No, how was she supposed to face Darian and the others at dinner tonight?
"Brady, are you doing this on purpose?"
Brady kept kissing, ignoring her until he left a deep purple mark.
Satisfied, he released her, his voice gentle but with a hint of arrogance. "Yes, I did it on purpose."
"You're my love. I need to leave my mark so no one else dares to think about you."
Violet wanted to roll her eyes.
Men were possessive when they were jealous.
