Chapter 831 Brady Dotes On Violet
Violet's face turned even redder as she looked at his hands.
But since he had promised not to go all the way here, she decided to let him have a little fun.
Violet reluctantly agreed.
In the end, even though they didn't make love, Violet was so teased by him that she almost wanted to scream for help.
Sweat beaded on her forehead, and her face stayed flushed with embarrassment.
When they got home, she couldn't escape being teased by him several more times in bed.
She was so exhausted that she forgot to feed the baby.
It wasn't until the baby cried from hunger that she groggily and weakly got up to feed her.
Brady stopped her from getting up.
Seeing how tired she was from their earlier activities, he said, "You can pump the breast milk into a bottle and go back to sleep. I'll feed the baby."
"You can ask the nanny to help," Violet said, clearly exhausted but aware that he was tired too.
"I want to do this myself," he insisted.
He had mentioned before that he wanted to experience being a hands-on dad. He kissed her forehead and said, "You pump the milk, and I'll go get her."
He went to pick up the crying baby and started soothing her.
Violet leaned against the bed and began pumping.
Once she had filled a bottle, she handed it to the nanny.
The nanny quickly handed it to Brady, then stood by to assist them.
Brady fed the baby while telling the nanny, "You don't need to stay here. Go help Violet."
"Mrs. Hall might need a bath," the nanny suggested, not knowing what had transpired earlier.
She assumed Violet was just hot and needed to freshen up, so she quickly prepared a warm bath for her.
The nanny filled the tub halfway and then attentively helped Violet.
Violet felt a bit embarrassed, worried the nanny might see the love bites all over her body.
But the experienced nanny knew what was going on and didn't comment on it. She had seen many employers, but none as doting as Brady.
Most employers she had worked for would distance themselves from their wives after childbirth, especially if their wives' bodies changed or they became less attentive to their appearance.
Brady, however, was different. He truly cherished Violet.
The nanny felt a twinge of envy but maintained a professional demeanor, carefully helping Violet with her bath.
The next morning, warm sunlight streamed through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a soft glow on the luxurious bedroom floor.
Violet had been thoroughly exhausted by Brady the night before, but thankfully, she didn't have to get up to feed the baby.
She slept in and woke up feeling well-rested, almost at 9:30 AM.
As soon as she opened her eyes, Hellen came in with a glass of milk, surprised to see her in bed. "Aren't you going to the office today?"
"No, I'll go tomorrow," Violet replied.
They had signed a cooperation agreement with Darian, and the official work would start the next day.
"Alright, I saw Mr. Hall up early this morning," Hellen said, placing the milk on the bedside table. "Have some milk first."
"He's on a business trip today and won't be back for a few days," Violet said lazily, rubbing her temples as she got out of bed.
"I see," Hellen nodded in understanding.
"Yes, I should get up now," Violet said, getting out of bed.
"By the way, you and Mr. Hall need to discuss Henry and Nicole starting preschool soon. Don't let your work make you forget about their education," Hellen reminded her.
"Is it that time already?" Violet had been so busy with the baby and work that she had forgotten about preschool.
"See, you did forget," Hellen said with a helpless smile. "They can start preschool soon, and later, you'll need to decide on a school for them."
"Alright, I'll talk to Brady about it," Violet nodded.
