Chapter 691 Then Let's See Who Goes to Hell First

"Violet, you psycho! How dare you hit me? Just wait, I'll beat you to a pulp!" Eileen snarled, enduring the excruciating pain from the whip and the beating from the bodyguards.

She struggled to get up, pointing at Violet and cursing as she prepared to attack her.

But she was no longer the high and mighty Mrs. Devereux.

She was about to become a prisoner, yet somehow she dared to curse at Violet.

Violet found her both amusing and pathetic. As Eileen managed to get up, Violet's eyes narrowed, and she coldly lashed her again with the whip.

The sound of the whip cracking echoed, and a bloody mark quickly appeared on Eileen's chest.

Unable to withstand the pain, Eileen collapsed to the ground, writhing and howling in agony.

"Violet, you psycho! You'll die a miserable death just like your mother!" Despite the pain, Eileen's mouth continued to spew venom.

She couldn't accept losing to Evelyn.

Why did Evelyn get to be the original Mrs. Devereux so easily, while Eileen could only take her place after their divorce?

She had harbored this resentment for over 20 years.

How could she possibly let it go?

"Then let's see who goes to hell first. Me or you. Oh, and Lilian too..." Mentioning Evelyn, Violet's anger flared up instantly. If the Devereux family had helped back then, Evelyn wouldn't have died so quickly.

They indirectly caused her death.

Violet couldn't bear to recall Evelyn's dying moments; it was a lifelong pain.

She hadn't been able to save Evelyn.

But now, she had the power over her.

To send all those who hurt her to hell.

"Violet, you psycho! Don't touch Lilian!" Eileen began to scream hysterically.

"Too bad. She broke the law. Even if she gets out of prison, she'll be ruined, and I won't let her live peacefully in New Future City." Violet raised the whip and struck Eileen repeatedly, saying with each lash, "This one is for my mother."

"This one is for how you bullied her."

"This one is for Brady."

"This one is for everyone you've hurt."

The whip landed on Eileen's body again and again, leaving her skin torn and bloody.

Eileen's arrogance was drowned out by the pain, and she could no longer speak, lying on the ground like a broken doll, helpless under Violet's blows.

When Violet finally grew tired, Eileen was on the verge of passing out from the pain.

The bodyguard, worried that things might escalate to Violet's detriment, quickly said, "Mrs. Hall, that's enough. Let the police handle it from here. She killed Pelinka and kidnapped Ms. Lawson. Combined, these crimes will only lead to the death penalty."

"Alright." Violet, having vented her anger, dropped the whip and said, "Hand her over to the police."

The death penalty was too lenient for Eileen.

A single bullet would end her, rather than a lifetime of torment in prison.

The bodyguard nodded and went to deal with Eileen.

Violet and the other bodyguards left the warehouse. Outside, the sky was pitch black, with the bright moon hanging coldly in the distant night sky.

So lonely and desolate.

But for Violet, this moonlight perfectly matched the night's events.

From now on, the Devereux family would have nothing to do with her.

They would no longer suffer their harm and torment, and Evely's spirit could finally be at peace.

Violet looked up at the cold moon, her voice choking with emotion, "Mom, I finally avenged you tonight. Those who hurt you are either dead or in prison. You can rest in peace in heaven."
