Chapter 510 For a Moment, Violet Thought Brady Had Touched Her Face
As soon as Eddy left, Brady continued to guard. It wasn't until Max came out to buy some food for Violet that he moved to another room.
Only then did Brady have the chance to see her.
He pushed the door. Inside the quiet room, Violet was sleeping, a white bandage wrapped around her head, and her face looking pale.
She looked very fragile.
Brady walked over gently, gazing at her face withheartache. He couldn't bear it. How could Gerry harm his biological daughter?
The more Brady looked, the more his heart ached. He had never loved a woman before. This time was different. He loved Violet, so whenever she was hurt, it felt like a knife was stabbing into his own heart.
Violet had been ostracized by the Devereux family and had lost her mother. She had never been properly loved.
From now on, he would spend the rest of his life loving her, not letting her suffer any harm.
Brady gazed at Violet, his fingers gently and carefully caressing her face. "Violet, don't worry. From now on, anyone who bullies you will suffer greatly."
Brady caressed her face for a while, thinking he needed to go tosee Gerry. But before leaving the hospital, he made a point to visit the hospital director's office, instructing the director to use the best medical care for Violet.
The director naturallywould arrange the best medical staff to take care of Violet.
Brady left.
Not long after he left, Violet woke up. She instinctively touched her cheek. It was warm, with a familiar scent lingering on it.
For a moment, She thought Brady had touched her face. How could it feel so real?
It was crazy.
Violet quickly closed her eyes, trying to stop overthinking. How could Brady come to see her? He was busy accompanying his fiancée.
After calming herself down, She tried to dispel those fantasies from her mind.
As she was about to get up, Max came in with the food. Seeing Violet awake, He immediately said, "Violet, you're awake just in time. I bought this especially for you. Have a taste."
Violet touched her stomach, indeed feeling a bit hungry. "Okay."
Max quickly brought the food in. However, shortly after he came in, a nurseentered with a large box of exquisite foods which were naturally arranged by Brady.
"Ms. Devereux, it's time for dinner," the nurse said with a gentle smile, placing the exquisite food boxes on Violet's bedside table.
Violet looked a bit surprised. "Did the hospital send these?"
"Yes," the nurse continued to smile.
She wouldn't reveal that it was instructed by the director.
