Charlotte didn't take it, clamping her lips shut and just sitting there.
"Not going to apologize? Then I'll just play the video of you trying to seduce Brady at the Thornwick Hotel," Violet said patiently, word by word.
If Charlotte didn't mind being even more humiliated, Violet was willing to give her this perfect opportunity to show her face.
Mentioning the video made Charlotte's expression falter. Her eyes turned bloodshot, staring at Violet with a look that could kill. She wanted to tear Violet apart.
Violet might look soft, but she was tougher than Charlotte.
Charlotte had underestimated Violet, thinking she was as useless as Lilian.

"Violet, don't go too far!"
"Who's going too far here?" Violet glanced at her watch, growing impatient. "I've given you enough time. If you don't want to apologize, I'll play the video."

Compared to having a video of her half-naked body spread around, she would rather apologize.
"Alright, go ahead. Turn on the audio yourself," Violet said coldly, looking at her.
Charlotte withdrew her gaze, enduring the physical and emotional pain, and reached out to press the audio button on the laptop. The sound crackled to life.
