After changing back into her own clothes, Violet was ready to drag Brady home, but Brady leisurely stood up and asked, "Not gonna try on more?"
"Nope, the first one was perfect," she said, having fallen in love with it at first sight.
After all, it was crafted by a renowned designer.
"Alright, we'll go with that one. I don't want you to wear yourself out," Brady said softly, gently touching her face. "By the way, do you know who was here just now?"
Violet raised an eyebrow, a bit puzzled. "Just now? Was someone here? I didn't see anyone."
This was the VIP room, so if anyone was around, it must have been a staff member, right? She hadn't noticed anyone coming in.
Brady lightly tapped her nose and said, "My mom was here."
At the mention of Ava, Violet instantly tensed up. "She was here? Where is she now?"
"She should have left by now," Brady said, taking her hand and slowly leading her downstairs. He continued gently, "The fact that she came to see you means she might slowly start to accept you."
Brady understood his mother's temperament well.
She was proud and had a strong sense of self-respect, but once all her defenses were broken down, she would fully acknowledge her mistakes.
"How can you be so sure?" Violet asked, curious.
She always felt that Brady was incredibly capable, as if everything was under his control.

Violet obediently nodded, smiling as she listened to him.
