Chapter 333 Is Mom Violet?

Mr. Moore followed Leana outside the restaurant.

She stopped and suddenly dropped to her knees in front of him with a thud, starting to cry. "Grandpa, I was wrong. This was indeed my fault, but I just can’t accept it. I can't stand seeing Brady with that woman."

"You..." Mr. Moore, hearing this, felt a mix of anger and pity. He reached out to pull her up. "Stop crying. Forget it, just don’t go looking for them anymore."

Leana shook her head, gripping her grandpa’s sleeve with a pitiful look. "Grandpa, do you know why I did this?"

"I did it to protect Brady!" Leana continued. "That woman is only after his money. She seduced Brady, and I don’t want him to get hurt."

Mr. Moore gently patted the back of her hand understandingly. "I understand. Don’t be sad. Let’s just move on from this matter."

Leana nodded. "So you're not mad at me anymore?"

"You even hurt yourself for Brady. Why would I be mad?" Mr. Moore comforted.

"Hmm." Seeing Mr. Moore's softened expression, Leana felt relieved.

But she wasn't going to let it go that easily.

Inside the restaurant, after Leana and Mr. Moore left, Matilda encouraged Violet to eat more. She said that Violet, whom she had her eye on, definitely had no issues with her character. It was all Leana's tricks.

At the same time, Matilda felt she needed to keep Brady away from Leana; she was too scheming.

Violet felt embarrassed to let Matilda serve her and modestly declined. However, today's events made her see Brady in a new light. She had always thought he wouldn't stand up for her against his old family friends.

But Brady did, and so did Matilda.

Violet's heart wavered a bit, but thinking of her baby, she quickly suppressed it.

Soon it was evening. Brady wanted Violet to come over and keep him company, but something came up, so she didn't have to go. Violet felt relieved and went home to take care of her kids. Later, she arranged to meet Quentin with Emily.

Around 7 PM, when it wasn't completely dark yet, Hellen, unaware that Brady also lived there, confidently took Henry and Nicole for a walk along the tree-lined path outside the mansion.

The two little ones, probably cooped up inside for too long, immediately started running around joyfully like wild horses once they were outside.

Hellen followed them closely from behind.

The security around the mansion was excellent, so Hellen wasn't worried about anyone kidnapping Henry and Nicole.

So she let them play and chase each other on the path.

Henry, being the more mischievous one, ran here and there, and Nicole couldn't keep up, eventually getting so frustrated that she started crying.

Seeing Nicole cry, Hellen immediately went over to comfort her.

Henry first came over to hug his sister, and once Nicole stopped crying, he continued his mischievous running, all the way to the end of the path where it connected to the mansion's entrance road.

At that moment, Brady's car was pulling in.

The vehicle skidded to a halt just in time, narrowly avoiding Henry.

Brady, sitting in the back seat, looked out and saw a slightly scared Henry. He immediately opened the car door to check on him.

"Henry, why are you here alone?" Brady walked over, squatted down in front of him, and touched his short hair, asking.

Henry, snapping out of his daze, looked at Brady with a strange sense of familiarity and said in a cute voice, "Great-aunt... walking."

"Is your great-aunt taking you for a walk?" Brady understood and said with a smile.

Henry nodded.

"Where is she?" Brady asked.

"Back there." Henry pointed to the path.

Brady looked down the tree-lined path and indeed saw two figures approaching. He then asked instinctively, "Where's your mom?"

"Mom went out," Henry said obediently, completely forgetting Violet's instructions.

Brady frowned upon hearing this. Wasn't their mom abroad? Had she returned? Why was she still here?

Brady immediately suspected, "Is your mom... Violet?"

Henry obediently nodded.
